       with the Rights Members and Appertenances thereunto belonging to him the said
       Charles Wallace his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper use and behoof of him
       the said Charles Wallace his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to or for no other
       use Intent or Purpose whatsoever and the said John Beale Bordley for himself
       his Heirs Executors & Administrators doth hereby covenant and grant to and with
       the said Charles Wallace his Heirs and Assigns that he the said John Beale
       Bordley and his Heirs all and Singular the said Premisses herein before
       mentioned and intended to be conveyed with the Rights Members and
       Appertenances thereunto belonging from and against him the said John Beale
       Bordley and his Heirs and all Persons claiming by from or under him them
       or any of them and not further or otherwise to him the said Charles Wallace
       his Heirs and Assigns shall and will Warrant & for ever defend And further
       that he the said John Beale Bordley and his Heirs and all Persons claiming
       from by or under him them or any of them shall & will at any Time or Times
       hereafter and the reasonable Request Costs and Charges in the Law of the aforesaid
       Charles Wallace his Heirs or Assigns make do Execute levy suffer & Acknowledge
       any such further and other reasonable Act Deed and Assurance as shall be
       Devised for the better and more Effectual conveying and Assuring the said Premisses
       to the aforesaid Charles Wallace his Heirs and Assigns so as such further Act
       Deed or Assurance contain no other or further Covenant or Warranty than is
       herein Contained In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto
       interchangeably set their Hands and Affixed their Seals the day and Year
       first above Written
       Signed Sealed & Delivered                                                          Beale Bordley   (seal)
       in Presence of the words "and not further or otherwise"
       being first interlined between the 27.th & 28.th Lines from the      Cha Wallace   (seal)
       Top and the date in the first line at the Top being first
       inserted to be the 21.st day of March 1770 in Words at full
       Length, which is the true Time of the Sealing & Delivery as aforesaid

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t

       Received on the day and Year first within written of and from the within Named
       Charles Wallace the sum of Six Hundred and thirty six Pounds Sterling
       being the Consideration Money within mentioned to be by him paid to me
       Witness   James Peale                     I say received by   J Beale Bordley

       On the Eighth Day of September Seventeen hundred and seventy Came before me
       the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices the within Named John Beale Bordley
       and acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act & Deed and the Land and
       Appertenances within mentioned to be conveyed to be the Right and Estate of
       the within Named Charles Wallace his Heirs & Assigns for ever according to
       the True Intent & meaning of the within Deed and the Act of Assembly in
       such Case made & Provided At the same Time came also before me Margaret the
       wife of the said John Beale Bordley & being by me privately Examined apart from &
       out of the Hearing of her said Husband did relinquish and release all her
       Right and Title of Dower of in and to the said Premisses and she declared
       that she did the same and made this her Acknowledgment Voluntarily and
