37. freely without being induced thereto by Fears or Threats of or ill Usage from her said Husband or through fear of his Displeasure Recorded 12.th September 1770 Before W.m Hayward 7½ sides x.d This Indenture Tripartite made this fourth day of September in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and Seventy Between Thomas Pitt of Dorchester County Planter of the first part Thomas Hill Airey of same County Merchant of the second part and John Murray of same County Attorney of the third Part Witnesseth that the said Thomas Pitt for the docking barring and Extinguishing all Estates Tail and all Reversions and Remainders thereupon Expectant or Depending of and in the Lands Tenements and Hereditaments herein after mentioned and for and in Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings Sterling Money to him in hand paid by the said Thomas Hill Airey at or before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and for Divers other good Causes and Considerations him the said Thomas Pitt thereunto moving he the said Thomas Pitt hath granted bargained Sold Aliened released and Confirmed and by these Presents do grant bargain Sell Alien release and confirm unto him the said Thomas Hill Airey his Heirs and Assigns all that Tract or parcel of Land called Addition Composition Lying and being on the East side of Chesepike Bay and on the North side of Transquaken River in Dorchester County aforesaid agreeable to the Grant thereof to Thomas and John Peirson bearing date the Tenth day of December in the Year Seventeen Hundred and twenty eight containing Eighty Acres of Land more or Less also all that Tract or parcel of Land called Pitts Incloseir lying & being on the East side of Chesepeake Bay in the County aforesaid agreeable to the grant thereof to John Pitts bearing date the Twenty first day of September in the Year Last mentioned containing and Laid out for one hundred and Seventy Acres of Land more or Less also All that Tract or parcel of Land called Pitts Swamp lying and being on the East side of Chesepeak Bay in Dorchester County aforesaid according to the Grant thereof to Cap.t John Pitt bearing date the fifth day of November in the Year Seventeen hundred & thirty one containing and Laid out for Thirty Acres of Land more or Less also all that Tract or parcel of Land called Pitts Desire it being a Resurvey on two other Tracts of Land one called Strawberry Garden and the other Addition to Strawberry Garden lying and being on the North side of Transquakin River in Dorchester county aforesaid according to the Grant thereof to John Pitt bearing date the Tenth day of December in the Year seventeen hundred and thirteen containing and Laid out for one Hundred and Sixty three Acres of Land more or Less and lastly all that other Tract or parcel of land called Refuge lying and being in Dorchester County aforesaid on the West side of Transquakin River according to the Original Grant thereof to William Tregoe bearing date the Tenth day of August in the Year sixteen Hundred and Eighty four containing and Laid out for Fifty Acres of Land more or Less together with all Buildings Gardens Orchards Woods Commodities Improvements and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same Tracts or Parcels of Land or any or either of them belonging And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of them or either of them and also all the Estate Right Title Interest use Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Thomas Pitt of (in) |
