       his Heirs and Assigns forever  And the said Bazil Burgess for himself and his Heirs
       doth hereby covenant and grant to and with the said Sampson Levy his Heirs and Assigns
       that he the said Bazil Burgess and his Heirs shall and will from Time to Time and ^at^ all Times
       hereafter upon the reasonable Request and at the proper Cost and Charge of the said Sampson
       Levy his Heirs and Assigns make do and execute or procure to be made done and executed
       all and every such further and other lawful and reasonable Act and Acts Thing and
       Things Conveyance and Conveyances in the Law for the further better and more perfect
       granting and transferring all the Estate, Right, Title and Interest of him the said
       Bazil Burgess his Heirs and Assigns of in to and out of the said Pieces or Parcels
       of Ground and Premisses above granted or ^meant or^ intended to be hereby granted with their Appurtenances
       unto the said Sampson Levy his Heirs and Assigns as by the said Sampson
       Levy his Heirs and Assigns or his or their Counsel learned in the Law shall be
       devised or advised and required and further the said Bazil Burgess for himself
       and his Heirs the said two pieces or parcels of Ground and Premisses above mentioned
       and every Part thereof against himself and his Heirs and all and every other
       person and persons claiming therein by from or under him them or any of them to the
       said Sampson Levy his Heirs and Assigns shall and will warrant and forever defend by
       these presents  In Witness whereof the said Bazil Burgess hath hereto set his
       Hand and affixed his Seal the Day and Year first above written

       On the thirty first Day of August in the Year of our Lord seventeen hundred and seventy
       the above named Bazil Burgess came before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices
       for Anne Arundel County and acknowledg'd the above Instrument of Writing
       to be his Act and Deed and the Land and Premisses therein convey'd to be the Right &
       Estate of the therein named Sampson Levy his Heirs and Assigns according to the true
       Intent and Meaning thereof at the same Time Anna his Wife of the said Bazil Burgess
