       This Indenture made the twentieth Day of August in the Year of our Lord one thousand
       seven hundred and seventy two Between Daniel Charles Heath of Cæcil County and
       Mary his Wife of the first Part Thomas Jenings of the second Part and John Henry
       of the third Part  Witnesseth that the said Daniel Charles Heath and Mary his Wife
       for the barring all Estates tail and Remainders over of and in the Lands and Premisses
       hereinafter mentioned and for and in Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings Sterling
       Money to them in Hand paid by the said Thomas Jenings at or before the Ensealing and Delivery
       of these Presents the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and for divers other good
       Causes and Considerations them the said Daniel Charles Heath and Mary his Wife moving
       have bargained and sold and by these Presents do bargain and sell unto the said Thomas
       Jenings his Heirs and Assigns all those Tracts or Parcells of plantable Land following
       that is to say all that Prat of plantable Land called the loveing Brothers containing
       five hundred and thirty five Acres and all that Tract of plantable Land called Clear
       Doubt containing eighty Acres with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging situate
       lying and being in Charles County  To have & to hold the said Tracts or Parcells of Land
