       Premises and of every Part & Parcel thereof & also all the Estate Right Title
       Interest Property Claim & Demand whatsoever of him the said Matthias Hammond
       of into or out of the same Lot of Ground Number Ninety or in any Part or
       Parcel thereof either in Law or Equity or in any other Manner whatsoever  To have
       & to hold the said Lot or Parcel of Ground ^aforesaid^ with all & singular the Premises with
       and Appurtenances herein before mentioned or intended to be hereby bargained & sold
       unto him the said Edward Lloyd his Heirs & Assigns forever  And the said Matthias
       Hammond for himself his Heirs Executors & Administrators doth hereby covenant & agree
       to & with the said Edward Lloyd his Heirs & Assigns that he the said Matthias Hammond
       & his Heirs the aforesaid Lott or Parcel of Ground & Premises with all & every
       it's Appurtenances from & against him the said Matthias Hammond & his Heirs & from
       & against all & every other Person or Person's whatsoever claiming or to claim from, by, or
       under him the said Matthias Hammond or his Heirs shall & will well & truly warrant
       & forever defend by these Presents unto him the said Edward Lloyd his Heirs & Assigns
       forever  And lastly the said Matthias Hammond for himself his Heirs Executors
       & Administrators further covenants grants & agrees to & with the said Edward Lloyd
       his Heirs & Assigns that he the said Matthias Hammond his Heirs Executors ^or^ Administrators
       shall & will at all Time & Times hereafter at the reasonable Request
       Cost & Charges in Law of the said Edward Lloyd his Heirs or Assigns make & in due
       Form of Law execute all & every such further & other Conveyance & Conveyances Assurance
       & Assurances & such further reasonable Act or Acts do perform suffer &
       execute as may by the said Edward Lloyd his Heirs or Assigns or his or their Counsel
       learned in the Law be devised advised or required for the further & better assuring & conveying
       the said Lott or Parcel of Ground & Premises with it's Appurtenances unto
       the said Edward Lloyd his Heirs & Assigns  Provided that such writing or conveyance
       contain no other Warranty or Covenants than are herein above mentioned
       In Witness whereof the said Matthias hath hereunto set his Hand and
