       September 4.th 1772  Then received of the within named Edward Lloyd the Consideration
       within mentioned being five Shillings Current Money

       September 4.th 1772  Then came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices
       of the Provincial Court the within named Matthias Hammond & acknowledged
       the within Instrument of Writing to be his Act & Deed & the Lott of Ground & Premises
       with the Appurtenances within mentioned to be bargained & sold by him to be the
       Right & Estate of the within named Edward Lloyd his Heirs & Assigns forever
       according to the true intent & Meaning of the within Deed & of the Act of
       Assembly in such Case made & provided The above Acknowledgment taken
       & certified
