       Administrators and Assigns all the abovementioned Tract of Land and Premisses and
       all and every part and Parcel thereof together with all and Singular the Houses Barns
       Meadows, Orchards, Fisheries and Fences hereby granted or intended to be hereby granted
       with it and every of its Rights Members and Appurtenances whatsoever unto the same
       belonging or in any wise appertaining and all the Estate Right Title Interest Claim and
       Demand whatsoever of him the said Edward Dougherty his Heirs and Assigns in or to the
       same or any Part or Parcel thereof  to have and to hold all and Singular the
       Premisses herein before mentioned or intended to be hereby bargained and sold with their and
       every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances whatsoever unto the said John
       Bolton, his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns forever to the only proper
       Use and Behoof of the said John Bolton his Heirs and Assigns forever
       Provided always and upon this Condition that if the said Edward
       Dougherty his Heirs Executors or Administrators shall and do well and
       truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said John Bolton his Heirs Executors Administrators
       or Assigns the sum of one hundred and fifty Pounds five Shillings
       Current Money of Pennsylvania together with all the legal Interest thereon due
       and also whatever other sum or sums the said John Bolton shall at the request of
       the said Edward Dougherty advance for him together with all the legal Interest
       thereon due on the twelfth Day of August which shall happen in the Year of our Lord
       seventeen hundred and seventy five without any Deduction or Abatement on any Account
       whatsoever that then ^this^ present Indenture and every Matter Clause and Thing herein contained
       shall cease determine and be void and of no Effect to all Intents and Purposes whatsoever
       any Thing herein contained to the contrary thereof in any wise notwithstanding  And
       the said Edward Dougherty for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators doth
       hereby covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said John Bolton his Heirs,
       Executors, Administrators and Assigns by these presents that he the said Edward
