       it goeth out of a small Marsh into the River of Shannon aforesaid being the lowest Boundary
       of a Tract of Land called Helena granted to M.r William Currer and Jane his Wife thence
       running down the River South West ninety two Perches along the River Side and bounded
       therewith untill it meet the Breast Line of a Tract of Land called Spernon granted
       to M.r Joseph Spernon thence with said Spernons Long Line North West by North
       into the Woods five hundred and thirty four Perches thence North East ninety two Perches
       thence with a streight Line to the first bounded Beginning and also whereas the
       said Hugh Reyly entered into the said Premisses and died seised thereof leaving Issue John Reyly
       his eldest son who entered and was seised thereof and being so seised died without Issue leaving
       his Brother Nicholas Reyly his Heir who died leaving Issue Nicholas Reyly his Son who
       who by his Indenture bearing Date the twentieth Day of June in the year of our Lord seventeen
       hundred and sixty seven did bargain and sell all the abovementioned Tract of
       land and premisses together with all and every of its Appurtenances unto the said Edward
       Dougherty his Heirs and Assigns forever as by the same Indenture Reference being thereto
       had may more fully appear  Now this Indenture witnesseth that the said
       Edward Daugherty as well for and in Consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty Pounds
       Current Money of Pennsylvania due and owing to the said John Bolton as also for and in
       Consideration of the further sum of five Shillings Current Money as aforesaid by the
       said John Bolton to the said Edward Dougherty in Hand at and before the Sealing and
       Delivery of these Presents well and truly paid the Receipt whereof the said Edward Dougherty
       doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and from every Part and Parcel doth freely clearly and
       absolutely acquit exonerate and discharge the said John Bolton his Heirs, Executors, Administrators
       and Assigns by these Presents he the said Edward Dougherty hath granted
       bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed and confirmed and by these Presents doth grant bargain,
       sell, alien, enfeoff and confirm unto the said John Bolton his Heirs Executors
