340 340 Degrees & half a Degree West forty Feet and from the fifth Post runing by strait Line to the begining Post containing six thousand three hundred and fifty nine square Feet of Land lying and being in Ann Arundel County aforesaid Which said Lott or Portion of plantable Land was also devised by the last Will and Testament of the aforesaid John Anderson together with all Edefices Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways Waters Water Courses Commodities Priviledges Improvements Emoluments Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same belonging or appertaining and the Reversion & Reversions Remainder & Remainders Rents Issues & Profits thereof & every Part & Parcell thereof To have & to hold the same Lands & Premisses with the Appurtenances unto the said Alexander Contee Hanson his Executors Administrators and Assigns from the Day next before the Day of the Date of these Presents for & during & untill the full End & Term of one whole Year from thence next ensuing & fully to be compleat and ended To the Intent and Purpose that by Force and Virtue of these Presents & of the Statute for transferring Uses into Possession the said Alexander Contee Hanson may be in the actual Possession of the Premisses & be thereby enabled to take & accept a Grant & Release of the Reversion & Inheritance thereof to him & his Heirs forever In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereto interchangeably set their Hand and affixed their Seals the Day and year first above written Sealed & delivered Bennet Bracco Ja.s Williams (seal) in the Presence of Eliz.a Williams (seal) (The aforegoing Deed was thus endorsed) Viz.t A C Hanson (seal) Rece.d on the Day and Year first within written from the within named Alexander Contee Hanson the Sum of five Shillings Sterling being the Consideration Money within mentioned to be by him paid us Test Ja.s Williams Bennet Bracco Eliz.a Williams Recorded the 1.st Day of Aug.t 1772 Ex.d This Indenture tripartite made this twentieth Day of March in the Year of our Lord seventeen hundred and Seventy two Between James Williams & Elizabeth Williams his Wife of the sides City of Annapolis of the one Part James Tilghman the third of the same Place of the second Part and Alexander Contee Hanson of the same Place of the third Part witnesseth that the said James Williams & Elizabeth for and in Consideration of the Sum of two Shillings Sterling to them in Hand paid by the said Alexander Contee Hanson at or before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt |
