338 and Anthony Stewart Attornies in Fact for James Russell John Buchanan Walter Ewer and John Ewer of the City of London Merchants and Proprietors of the Nottingham Forges in Baltimore County of the one Part and the said Corbin Lee of the other Part according to the true Intent and Meaning of the said Articles then these Presents and every Clause Covenant Provisoe and Agreement herein contained shall become and be held deemed and taken to be nul and void and of no Effect to all Intents and Purposes as fully as if the same had never been made any Thing herein before contained to the contrary notwithstanding and the said Corbin Lee doth hereby for himself his Heirs and Assigns covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said Charles Grahame and Anthony Stewart their Executors Administrators and Assigns that the said Charles Grahame and Anthony Stewart their Heirs or Assigns shall or may at all Times after Default shall be made in the Performance of the Proviso or Condition herein contained peaceably and quietly enter into have hold occupy possess and enjoy all and singular the said Lands and Premisses above mentioned and every Part and Parcel thereof with the Appurtenances without the Let Trouble Hinderance Molestation Interruption and Denial of him the said Corbin Lee his Heirs and Assigns and further that he the said Corbin Lee and his Heirs and all Persons claiming under them shall & will at any Time or Times after Default shall be made in Performance of the Proviso or Condition herein contained make do and execute or cause or procure to be made done and executed all and every such further and other lawfull and reasonable Grants Acts and Assurances in the Law whatsoever for the further better and more perfect granting and assuring of all and singular the said Premisses above mentioned with the Appurtenances unto the said Charles Grahame and Anthony Stewart their Heirs and Assigns as by the said Charles Grahame and Anthony Stewart their Heirs and Assigns or their Council learned in the Law shall be reasonably devised advised or required In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto set their Hands and Seals the Day and Year first above written Signed sealed and delivered in Presence of Corbin Lee (Seal) Benjamin Rogers And Buchanan (The aforegoing Deed was thus endorsed Viz.t) Received the Day and Year first within mentioned of and from the within named Charles Grahame and Anthony Stewart the Sum of five Shillings Sterling the Condiser^a^tion mentioned to be paid to us Witness Corbin Lee Benjamin Rogers On the 31.st Day of July 1772 Came John Lee Party to the within Indenture & acknowledged the same as his Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses therein mentioned to be the Right and Estate (of) |
