       This Indenture made the thirty first Day of July in the Year of our Lord
       one thousand seven hundred and seventy two  Between Corbin Lee of Baltimore County
9¾  Gentleman of the one Part and Charles Grahame of Calvert County and Anthony Stewart
       of the City of Annapolis Merchants of the other Part  Witnesseth that the said
       Corbin Lee for and in Consideration of the sum of five Shillings Sterling to him paid
       at or before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receit whereof is hereby acknowledged
       hath granted bargained and sold aliened enfeoffed and confirmed and by these Presents
       doth grant bargain and sell alien enfeoffe and confirm unto them the said Charles Grahame
       and Anthony Stewart their Heirs and Assigns all those Tracts or Parcels of Land
       following to Wit  My Lords Gift containing five hundred Acres more or less Darnalls
       Sylvania containing five hundred Acres more or less Partnership
       containing fifty Acres more or less Adventure's Addition containing three
       hundred Acres more or less  Davis's Fortune containing one hundred and sixty seven
       Acres more or less  Michaels Chance containing one hundred Acres more or less
       Michael's Addition containing one hundred Acres more or less and Nicholson's
       Discovery containing two hundred and Seventeen ^hundred^ Acres more or less all situate lying
       and being in Baltimore County aforesaid together with all Buildings Improvements
       Easments Priviledges and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said several Tracts or Parcels of
       Land belonging or in any wise appertaining and the Revertion and Revertions Remainder
       and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of the said Premisses with the Appurtenances
       and every Part thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim
       and Demand of him the said Corbin Lee of in to or out of the said several Tracts or Parcels of
       Land and every Part thereof  To have and to hold the said several Tracts or Parcels of
       Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances unto them the said Charles Grahame and
       Anthony Stewart their Heirs and Assigns to the only proper Use and Behoof of them
       the said Charles Grahame and Anthony Stewart their Heirs and Assigns forever and
       to or for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever provided always and it is the true
       Intent and Meaning of these Presents that if the said Corbin Lee his Heirs Executors
       or Administrators do and shall from Time to Time and at all Times hereafter well and truly observe
       fullfull perform and keep all and singular the Covenants Grants Articles Payments Premises
       and Agreements which on the Part and Behalf of the said Corbin Lee his Heirs Executors Administrators
       and Assigns are and ought to be performed fulfilled observed and kept contained and
       specified in certain Articles of Agreement bearing Date the twenty fifth Day of July in the
       Year of our Lord seventeen hundred and seventy two made between the said Charles grahame
