336 to the said Lot of Ground and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and every Part and Parcel thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Possession Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Daniel of Saint Thomas Jenifer in Law and Equity of in and to the said Lot of Ground and Appurtenances and all and every Part & Parcel thereof To have and to hold the said Lot of Ground with its Rights Members and Appurtenances to him the said Anthony Stewart his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper Use and behoofe of him the said Anthony Stewart his Heirs and Assigns forever and to or for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever And the said Daniel of Saint Thomas Jenifer for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby covenant and grant to and with the said Anthony Stewart his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns that he the said Daniel of S.t Tho.s Jenifer and his Heirs the said Lot of Ground with its Rights Members and Appurtenances to him the said Anthony Stewart his Heirs and Assigns from and against all Manner of Persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend by these Presents In Witness whereof the said Daniel of Saint Thomas Jenifer hath hereunto set his Hand and affixed his Seal the Day and Year first above written sign'd seal'd & deliver'd In presence of Dan of S Tho.s Jenifer (seal) R Ghiselin W.m Stewart (The aforegoing Deed was thus endorsed) Vizt July 20.th 1772 Received of the within named Anthony Stewart the Sum of twelve hundred Pounds Sterling being the Consideration within mentioned £1200 R Ghiselin Dan of S Tho.s Jenifer W.m Steuart On the 20.th Day of July 1772 Came before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices for Ann arundel County the within named Daniel of Saint Thomas Jenifer and acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing to be his Act and Deed and the Lot of Ground therein mentioned with the Appurtenances to be the Right Title and Estate of the within named Anthony Stewart his Heirs and Assigns forever according to the purport true Intent and Meaning of said Deed and the Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided R Ghiselin W.m Steuart Received the 22.d Day of July 1772 of M.r Anthony Stewart the Sum of one Penny Sterling for an Alienation Fine due to Lord Baltimore by Virtue of a Commission from Daniel of S.t Thomas Jenifer Esq his ^said^ Lordships Agent & Receiver General Jn.o Brice Recorded the 21.st Day of July 1772 |
