       and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim and Demand
       whatsoever of him the said James Dick of into or out of the said Nine
       Acres and thirteen Perches of Land hereby conveyed or intended to be To have
       and To Hold the same Nine Acres and Thirteen Perches of Land and other the
       Premisses with the Appurtenances unto them the said Lancelot Jacques
       Upton Scott Nicholas Maccubbin Nathan Hammond & James
       Brice Trustees of the Poor for Ann Arundel County and their
       successors that he the said James Dick and his Heirs shall and will at
       the reasonable request Cost and Charges of them the said Trustees or their
       successors make do execute levy and suffer or cause to be made done executed
       levied and suffered all such further and other Act and Acts Deed or Deeds
       for the further and better assurance of the said Nine Acres and Thirteen Perches
       of Land as by the said Trustees or their successors or their Council learned in the
       Law shall be reasonable devised advised or required provided the same
       contain no further Warranty than is herein contained  And the said
       James Dick for himself and his Heirs the Nine Acres and Thirteen
       Perches of Land aforesaid hereby Conveyed or intended so to be unto them the
       said Lancelot Jacques Upton Scott Nicholas Maccubbin Nathan Hammond    
       and James Brice Trustees of the Poor for Ann Arundel County
       aforesaid and their successors for ever shall and will warrant and for ever
       defend against himself the said James and his Heirs and also against
       all manner of persons claiming by from or under him or them
       In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably
       set their hands and affixed their seals the Day and Year first above Written
