       and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every part thereof and also all the Estate Right
       Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the same John Dawley of in to
       and out of the same To have and to hold the said Tract or Parcell of Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances
       unto him the same James Dick his Heirs and Assigns forever to and for the only proper Use and Behoof of the
       same James Dick his Heirs and Assigns forever and to or for no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever
       And the same John Dawley for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby covenant
       promise grant and agree to and with the same James Dick his Heirs and Assigns that he the said John
       Dawley and his Heirs and all and every other Person and Persons and his and their Heirs any Thing
       having or claiming in the said Premises above mentioned or any Part thereof by from or under him
       the said John Dawley shall and will from Time to Time and at all times hereafter upon reasonable
       Request and at the proper Costs and Charges in the Law of the same James Dick his Heirs or Assigns make
       do levy execute acknowledge and suffer or cause to be made done levyed executed acknowledged and suffered
       all and every such further and other lawfull and reasonable Act and Acts Thing and Things
       Devise and Devises in the Law whatsoever for the further better and more perfect granting conveying
       and assuring of all and Singular the said Premisses above mentioned with the Appurtenances into
       the said James Dick his Heirs and Assigns forever as by the said James Dick his Heirs or Assigns
       or his or their Counsell learned in the Law shall be reasonably devised advised or required  In
       Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and
       Seals the Day and Year first above written

       came before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for Ann Arundel County
       the within John Dawley and acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing to be his Act & Deed and the
       Lands and Premisses therein specified to be the Right and Estate of the within James Dick his Heirs and
       Assigns according to the true Intent & Meaning thereof according to the Act of Assembly in such
