321 Default, that so a good and perfect common Recovery may be had and suffered in the said Provincial Court of all the said Tracts and Parts of Tracts or Parcels of Land and premisses with the Appurtenances according to the Course of Common Recoverys used and it is hereby declared by and between all the partys to these presents That the said Recovery and Recoverys so or in any other Manner to be had and suffered of the said Tracts and Parts of Tracts or Parcels of Land Hereditaments and premisses or any part thereof shall be and enure and shall be adjudged deemed and taken to be and enure To the Use and Behoof of the said James Key his Heirs and Assigns forever and to and for no other Use Purpose or Intent whatsoever in Witness whereof the Parties aforesaid have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and affixed their Seals Day and Year first above written Sealed sealed and delivered In presence of J Stone (LS) James Key (LS) Prior Theobald (LS) Dan.l of S.t Tho.s Jenifer Fra.s Ware (On the Back of the above Deed was thus written to wit) Maryland f.t 20.th Febr.y 1772 Received from James Key the within Consideration of ten Shillings Sterling Witness Prior Theobald Dan.l of S.t Tho.s Jenifer Maryland to wit Came before me the Subscriber Daniel of Saint Thomas Jenifer Esquire one of the Justices of the Provincial Court Prior Theobald within named one of the partys to the within Deed and acknowledged the same to be his Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses with the Appurtenances thereby bargained to be Estate and Inheritance of the also therein mentioned James Key the second party to the same Deed ^to the Uses Intents and Purposes in the same Deed^ contained and specified according to the true Intent and Meaning of the same and according to the Form of the Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided acknowledged and Certified this first Day of May Annoq Domini 1772 Dan.l of S.t Tho.s Jenifer Recorded the 1.st Day of May 1772 Ex.d Maryland fs.t To all to whom these presents shall come Know ye that I David Weems of the County of Ann Arundel in the Province aforesaid for and in Consideration of the natural Love & Affection which I have & do bare unto my Son Richard 6 sides (the) |
