320 a certain Robert Hanson of said County deceased and now in the Tenure and Occupation of a certain Gerrard Fowke of the County aforesaid and which Boundary or End of the said third and east Course aforesaid stands in the lines of the Land formerly belonging to a certain William Chandler called Chandlers Hills lying and being in the County aforesaid and in the given or last Line of the Tract of Land called Bettys Delight aforesaid Thence West along the third Course reversed of the sid John Hanson's aforesaid Part of the said Tract of Land called Bettys Delight one hundred and eighty Perches to the third Boundary of the said John Hansons Part of the said Tract thence South West and by West to the End of the first Line of the said John Hansons Part of the said Tract of Land and thence to the Beginning containing seventy Acres of Land more or less and all and singular the Houses Buildings Yards Gardens Fencings Improvements Ways Waters Woods and Advantages to the said Tracts and parts of Tract and Parcels of Land and Premisses or to any of them or any Part thereof respectively belonging or in anywise appertaining or to or with the same or any of them occupied taken reputed or deemed ad part parcel of Member thereof and all the Estate Right Title Claim and Demand whatsoever of in and to the same and every part and parcel thereof To have and to hold the said several Tracts and Parts of Tracts pieces and parcels of Land and all and singular other the premisses herein before granted Bargained and sold or meant to be granted bargained and sold with their and every of their appurtenances unto the said James Key and his Heirs and Assigns to the Use and Behoof of the said James Key his Heirs and Assigns forever To the Intent and Purpose that he the said James Key may be perfect Tenant of the Freehold and Inheritance of and in the Premisses aforesaid and every of them and all and singular their and every of their Appurtenances against whom a Common Recovery may be had and Suffered as herein is aftermentioned and for that Purpose it is by these presents covenanted declared and agreed by and between all the partys to these presents that at or before the next provincial Court to be held at Annapolis it shall and may be lawfull to and for the said Thomas Stone at the Costs and Charges of the said James Key or his Heirs to sue forth and prosicute one or more Writ or Writs of Entry sur Disseisin en le post against the said James Key or his Heirs returnable before the Justices of the said Provincial Court of the Tracts and parts of Tracts or parcels of Land and all and singular the premisses with the Appurtenances aforesaid or by such other Names Quantitys of Acres and Descriptions as shall be thought fitting thereby demanding the same Tracts ^and parts of Tracts^ or parcels of Land and Premisses by the Names and Descriptions aforesaid or by such other Names Additions and Descriptions to ascertain the same as shall be thought fit unto which Writ the said James Key or his Heirs shall appear and vouch to Warranty the said Prior Theobald who shall thereupon likewise appear and enter into Warranty and vouch over the Common Vouchee who shall thereupon appear and imparl and afterwards make (Default) |
