       in the County aforesaid being Part of two Tracts of Land called Delaware Bottom and Woodford
       which the said Mathias hath agreed to convey to him the said Samuel Howard and also for and
       in Consideration of the Sum of three hundred and twenty five Pounds Sterling Money to him
       in hand paid at or before the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof is
       hereby acknowledged and thereof and therefrom the said Samuel doth acquit and discharge the
       said Mathias Hammond his Heirs Executors and Administrators and for the docking barring
       and extinguishing all Estates Tail and all Reversions and Remainders thereupo dependant
       hath granted bargained sold remised released and confirmed and by these Presents
       Doth grant bargain sell remise release and confirm unto him the said Mathias Hammond
       his Heirs and Assigns All the Residue or Remainder of the Tracts of Land hereafter mentioned
       not heretofore sold out Viz.t Warners Neck containing three hundred and twenty Acres of Land
       more or less Porters Hills containing two hundred Acres of Land more or less  Howards Inheritance
       containing four hundred and forty nine Acres of Land more or less Howards Swamp
       containing four and a Quarter Acres of Land more or less and also a Tract or Parcell of Land
       called Chance containing two hundred Acres of Land more or less described in the Will of his said
       Father by the Name of his Dwelling Plantation and the Lands adjoining together with all and
       singular the Houses Edifices Buildings Improvements and Appurtenances to the aforesaid several
       Tracts or Parcells of Land belonging and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders
       Rents Issues and profits thereof and of every Part and Part and Parcel thereof and all the
       Estate Right Title Interest Equity of Redemption Use Trust Claim and Demand whatsoever
       of him the said Samuel Howard of into or out of the Premisses hereby sold and released or
       intended so to be  To have and to hold the said several Tracts or Parcells of Tracts of Land
       and other the Premisses with the Appurtenances aforesaid unto him the said Mathias Hammond
       his Heirs and Assigns to the Intent and purpose to make a good and perfect Tenant of the Freehold
       of all and singular the Lands Tenements and Hereditaments hereby sold and conveyed or intended so to be
       to the End that a good and perfect Common Recovery in the Nature of Recoverys for the Assurance of
       Land may in due Form of Law be had suffered and perfected at the next or some subsequent Provincial
       Court and it is hereby declared by all the Parties to these Presents and the true Intent
       and Meaning of said Recovery that the same shall be and enure and the Recoveror or Recoverors
       in such Common Recovery his and their Heirs shall stand and be seised of all and singular
       the lands Tenements and Hereditaments in such Recovery respectively contained to and for
       the Use and Behoof of the said Mathias Hammond his Heirs and Assigns forever and to
       or for no other Use Intent or purpose whatsoever  In Witness whereof the said Samuel  
       Howard hath hereunto set his Hand and Seal the Day and Year first above written
