       Received this thirteenth Day of April 1772 of the within named Mathias Hammond the
       Consideration within mentioned being three hundred and twenty five Pounds Sterling Money
          Test                                                                     by me

       Thomas Sappington

       17.th April 1772  Then came before me the Subscriber of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial
       Court the within named Samuel Howard and acknowledged the within Instrument of
       Writing to be his Act and Deed and the Lands Tenements and Hereditaments therein mentioned
       to be bargained and sold by him with all and every their Appurtenances to be the Right and
       Estate of the within named Mathias Hammond his Heirs and Assigns forever according
       to the true Intent and Meaning thereof and of the Act of Assembly in such Case made
       and provided at the same Time came also Jeminah the Wife of the above named Samuel
       Howard who being privately examined by us apart from and out of the Hearing of her said
       Husband acknowledged that she freely and voluntarily released and gave up all her Right
       and Title of Dower of in unto the within mentioned Lands with their Appurtenances herein disposed
       of her by her said Husband and that she did the same freely and without Compulsion or
       thro' Force Fear or Dread of his Displeasure

       This Indenture made this twenty ninth Day of April in the year of our Lord seventeen hundred
11 sides   and seventy two Between John Roberts of Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland planter
       of the one part and Nicholas Maccubbin of the City of Annapolis ^Merchant^ of the other Part Witnesseth
       that the said John Roberts for and in Consideration of the sum of one hundred Pounds Sterling
       Money of Great Britain to him in Hand paid by the s.d Nicholas Maccubbin at & before
       the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof the said John Roberts doth
       hereby acknowledge hath granted bargained and sold aliened released enfeoffed and confirmed
       and by these presents doth grant bargain and sell alien release enfeoffe and confirm unto
       the said Nicholas Maccubbin his Heirs and Assigns for ever the following Parcels of Land
       to Wit all that Part of a Tract of Land called Wolves Harbour lying in Fosters Neck and
       is included and contained between Taylors Creek and Fosters Neck main Road containing
       three Hundred and eighteen Acres more or less all that Tract or Parcel of Land called
       Goldsmiths Neck surveyed for two hundred Acres and also all that Tract of Land called
       Arthurs Delay surveyed for fourteen Acres all which Lands are situate in Baltimore
       County on the North Side of Gunpowder River and are adjoining to each other containing
       in the whole five hundred and thirty two Acres of Land more or less together
       with all Houses Buildings Gardens Orchards Woods Underwoods Ways Waters and
