       their sole and proper Uses for ever all and every of the aforesaid ^several^ Tracts of Land and Premisses
       in the said recited Recovery and this present Deed mentioned with their and every of their Appurtenances
       To have and to hold the afd Lands and Premisses with their Appurtenances unto
       the said Robert Goldsborough his Heirs and Assigns to his and their sole and proper Uses forever
       And the said John Hall for himself and his Heirs doth hereby covenant grant and agree
       to and with the said Robert Goldsborough his Heirs and Assigns and doth hereby signify
       and declare that the Recovery afd so as afd had and all the proceedings thereon at the Time
       of suffering the same was intended and designed by all and every ^of^ the Parties to the said
       Recovery to be and enure and shall at all Times forever hereafter be esteemed adjudged and
       taken to be and enure to the only proper Use and Behoof of the said Robert Goldsborough his
       Heirs and Assigns to his and their sole and proper Uses forever and to or for no other Use
       Intent or Purpose whatsoever  In Witness whereof the said John Hall hath hereunto
       set his Hand and Seal the Day and Year afd

                               Be it hereby certified that on the 29.th Day of April in the Year Seventeen
       hundred and seventy two personally appeared before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships
       the Right honourable the Lord Proprietary his Justices of the Provincial Court the within
       named John Hall Party to this Deed and did acknowledge the same Deed and the Lands and
       Premisses therein mentioned and contained unto the within mentioned Robert Goldsborough
       his Heirs and Assigns to his and their sold and proper Uses forever according to the true
       Intent and Meaning of the same Deed  In Witness whereof I have hereto set my Hand
       the Day and Year afd

       This Indenture made this thirteenth Day of April in the Year of our Lord one
11½ sides   thousand seven hundred and seventy two  Between Samuel Howard of Ann Arundel County
       in the province of Maryland planter of the one Part and Mathias Hammond of the same
       County and Province aforesaid Gentlemen of the other Part  Whereas the said Samuel Howard
       is entitled as Tenant in Tail under the Will of his Father now deceased to the Equity of Redemption
       of and in the Lands hereafter mentioned and described and the said Mathias
       Hammond having taken up the Mortgage on said Lands and agreed with the said Samuel
       Howard now in the actual Possession thereof for the absolute Purchase and docking to
       Entail of said Lands  Now this Indenture witnesseth that the said Samuel
       Howard for and in Consideration of the Quantity of four hundred Acres of Land lying
