       for and in Consideration of the Sum of six hundred and ninety eight Pounds ten shillings
       Current Money to him in Hand paid at or before the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents
       the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and thereof and therefrom the said Williams doth
       acquit and discharge the said John Crockett his Heirs Executors and Administrators and for
       the docking barring and extinguishing all Estates Tail and all Reversions and Remainders
       thereupon dependant  Hath granted bargained sold remised released and confirmed and by these presents
       doth grant bargain sell remise release and confirm unto him the said John Crockett his
       Heirs and Assigns one undivided Moiety or half Part of a Tract of Land called Might have
       had more containing in the whole four hundred Acres more or less together with all & singular the
       Lands thereunto adjacent lying and being in the County aforesaid conveyed by William
       Rencher and Benjamin Huggins to William Wallers as by Deed may appear together with all
       and singular the Houses, Edifices, Buildings, Improvements, and Appurtenances to the aforesaid
       several Parcels of Land belonging and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders
       Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every Part and Parcel thereof and all the Estate
       Right, Title, Interest, Use, Trust, Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said William
       Waller of into or out of the Premisses hereby sold and released or intended so to be  To have and to
       hold the said several Parcells of Land and other the Premisses with the Appurtenances aforesaid
       to them the said John Crockett his Heirs and Assigns to the Intent and Purpose to make a good
       and perfect Tenant of the Freehold of all and singular the Lands Tenements and Hereditaments
       hereby sold and conveyed or intended so to be to the End that a good and perfect common Recovery
       in the Nature of Recoveries for the Assurance of Land may in due Form of Law be suffered and
       perfected at the next or some subsequent Provincial Court & it is hereby declared by all the Parties
       to these Presents and the true Intent and Meaning of said Recovery is that the same
       shall be and enure and the Recoveror or Recoverors in such common Recovery his and their
       Heirs stand and be seised of all and singular the Lands Tenements and Hereditaments in
       such Recovery respectively containing to and for the use of the said John Crockett his Heirs
       and Assigns forever an to or for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever  In Witness
       whereof the said William Waller hath hereunto set his Hand and affixed his Seal the
       Day and Year first above written

             Henry Arnold               (on the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus indorsed to Wit)

       Received this 19.th Day of April of the within named John Crockett the Consideration within

       27.th April 1772  Then came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial
       Court the within named William Waller and acknowledged the within Instrument
       of Writing to be his Act & Deed & the Lands Tenements & Hereditaments therein mentioned to be
       bargained and sold by him with all and every their Appurtenances to be the Right and Estate
       of the within named John Crockett his Heirs and Assigns forever according to the true Intent
       and Meaning thereof and of the Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided
