       John Waters his Heirs Executors and Administrators and every of them by these Presents
       hath granted bargained sold, aliened, enfeoffed, and confirmed, and by these Presents doth
       grant, bargain, sell, enfeoff, and confirm unto the said John Waters his Heirs and Assigns
       all those Tracts or Parcells of Land with the Appurtenances being Part of a larger Tract of Land
       scituate lying and being on the North West Fork of Nanticoke River in Dorchester County in the
       Province aforesaid commonly called and known by the Name of Rehoboth which were divised
       to Corbin Lee, John Lee, and George Lee by Philip Lee Esq.r deceased and which were conveyed to the
       said Lettice Thomson by the said Corbin Lee, John Lee, and George Lee by several Indentures
       duly executed and recorded according to Law Containing eight hundred Acres of Land more
       or less and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders of all and
       singular the said eight hundred Acres of Land and premises hereby granted and every
       Part and parcel thereof and also all the Estate, Right, Title, Interest, Property, Claim and
       Demand whatsoever both in Law and Equity of her the said Lettice Thomson of, into, or out
       of the said Land and Premisses and every Part and Parcel thereof  To have and to
       hold the said eight hundred Acres of Land and all other the Premisses hereby granted, bargained,
       or sold, or mentioned, or intended so to be with their and every of their Appurtenances
       unto the said John Waters his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper Use and
       Behoof of him the said John Waters, his Heirs, and Assigns, forever  And the said
       Lettice Thomson doth for herself and her Heirs hereby covenant, grant, and agree to and with     
       the said John Waters his Heirs and Assigns that she the said Lettice Thomson and her Heirs
       the Land and premisses afsaid and all and singular other the Premisses hereby granted
       or mentioned to be granted, and every Part and Parcel thereof with all and singular their
       and every of their Rights, Members and Appurtenances unto the said John Waters his Heirs and
       Assigns against the said Lettice Thomson and her Heirs and all and every other Person
       and persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend by these Presents
       In Witness whereof the said Lettice Thomson hath hereunto set her Hand and affixed her
       Seal the Day and Year first above written
       Signed sealed and delivered                                                   Lettice Thomson   (seal)
       In presence of J Hepburn

             (On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus indorsed Viz)

             Received on the Day of the Date of the within Indenture of and from the within named John
       Waters the Sum of six hundred Pounds Common Circulation Money of Maryland it being
       in full for the Consideration Money for the Land and Premisses within mentioned to me
       in Hand paid                                                         Witness my Hand

       and acknowledged the within Deed to be her Act and Deed and the Lands and premises

       Waters his Heirs and Assigns forever  Taken and acknowledge before me one of the Justices
       of the provincial Court
