       or Times during the present or any further Demise in Consequence of these Presents
       at the Reasonable Request & the Cost & Charges of the said Alexander his Executors
       Administrators & Assigns make & execute another Lease or Demise of & for the said Premisses
       for & during the like Term of twenty one Years from the Date of such ^now^ Lease or
       Demise for & upon the like Rents Covenants & Agreements as are herein reserved &
       contained (save only that the same Alexander his Executors Administrators & Assigns
       shall not be obliged upon the Renewal of each & every Lease to erect & build any
       other dwelling House agreable to the Dimensions aforesaid but when & as often as the
       same Building (or any other erected & build in its Stead) to be erected as aforesaid
       thereon shall become untenantable) & will in like Manner renew such new Lease
       or Demise from twenty one Years to twenty one Years for ever so that this present
       Demise shall be according to the true Intent & Meaning of the said Parties renewable
       & renewed for & upon the Rents Covenants & Agreements aforesaid (save
       only as above) from Time to Time for not more than twenty one Years at any any
       one Time for ever he the said Alexander his Executors Administrators & Assigns
       (at the Times of every such Renewal) paying or tendering unto the said James Dick
       his Heirs or Assigns the Sum of Fine of six Pounds Sterling Money aforesaid  In
       Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereto interchangeably set
       their Hands & affixed their Seals the Day & year first above

                                     On the Back of the aforegoing Lease was thus endorsed to wit
      
       On the seventh Day of December in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven
       hundred & seventy one came before me the Subscriber one of his
       Lordships Provincial Judges the within James Dick & Alexander McDonald
       & severally & respectively acknowledged the within Instrument of
       Writing to be their Act & Deed for the Uses Intents & Purposes therein
       specified contained & expressed
