       is hereby acknowledged  Hath granted bargained sold assigned transferred set over aliened
       released & confirmed & by these Presents Doth grant bargain sell assign transfer set
       over alien release & confirm unto him the said John Buchanan his Heirs & Assigns
       All that undivided fourth Part or Share of & in the said several Tracts or Parcells
       of Lands Hereditaments & Premises Mines Oar Works Houses Tenements Erections
       Buildings Cattle Forges Goods Utensils Implements Stock Negroes & other Things Ways
       Waters Water Courses Plantations Trees Woods Under Woods Commons Common of Pasture
       Profits Commodities Rights Liberties Advantages & Appurtenances herein before mentioned
       to have been granted bargained & sold assigned transferred set over aliened remised
       released & confirmed by the said James Wardrop to the afd John Buchanan
       as afd & by the afd James Dick purchased at the said Vendue as afd & conveyed
       as afd to him by the same John Buchanan & also the Reversion and
       Reversions Remainder & Remainders Rents & Issues thereof & of every Part thereof
       To have and to hold all that undivided fourth Part or Share of
       & in the said several Tracts or Parcels of Lands Hereditaments & Premises
       Mines Oar Works Houses Tenements Erections Buildings Cattle Forges Goods
       Utensils Implements Stock Negroes & other Things Ways ^Waters^ Water Courses Plantations
       Trees Woods Under Woods Commons Common of Pasture Rights Profits Commodities
       Liberties & Advantages & all & singular the Premises herein before
       mentioned or intended to be hereby bargained & sold with their & every
       of their Rights Members & Appurtenances unto the said John Buchanan
       his Heirs & Assigns to & for the only proper Use & Behoof of the same John
       Buchanan his Heirs & Assigns for ever & to or for no other Use Intent
       or Purpose whatsoever  In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have
       hereto interchangeably set their Hands & affixed their Seals the Day & Year
