       the within Deed & the Act or Acts of Assembly of the said Province of
       Maryland in such Case made & provided  In Witness whereof i have
       hereunto set my Hand & affixed my Seal this twenty eight Day of August
       in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred & seventy one
       Signed Sealed & delivered                                          John Buchanan   (Seal)
             In the Presence of
                   Anthony Stewart
                   Will McGachen

       Then came M.r William McGachen one of the subscribing Evidences to
       the within Deed before us the Subscribers two of the County Justices for
       Baltemore County in the Province of Maryland & made oath on the
       holy Evangelists of Almighty God that he subscribed his Name as Witness
       to the within Deed & that he saw Anthony Stewart the other subscribing
       Evidence sign his Name as Witness thereto at the same Time & that the
       said Deed was duly executed in their Presence by the Partye within
       mentioned Nov.r 25 1771            Benjamin Rogers
                                                             And Buchanan

       On the twenty eight Day of November 1771  Came the above named
       George Stewart Esq.r & James Dundass before me the Subscriber one
       of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court of the Province of
       Maryland & acknowledged the within Deed to be the Act & Deed of
       the within named John Buchanan & the Land & Premises therein
       mentioned to be the Right & Estate of the within named James Dick
       his Heirs & Assigns for ever according to the true Intent & Meaning
       of the within Deed & the Act of Assembly in that Case made & provided
                                                                                        W.m Hayward

       November 30th 1771  Received of M.r James Dick the Sum of four
       Pounds eighteen Shillings & five Pence for an Alienation Fine of the Lands
       convey by the within Deed
                                                                      Dan of S.t Tho.s Jenifer

                            Recorded the 30th Day of Nov.r 1771
