282 X.d Maryland fs This Indenture made this eleaventh Day of November in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred & seventy one Between William Littlefields of Frederick County Planter of the one Part & Richard Wootton of Prince Georges County on the other Part Witnesseth that the said William Littlefields for & in Consideration of the Sum of five hundred Pounds Current Money to him in Hand paid by the said Richard Wootton the Receipt whereof he the said William Littlefields doth hereby acknowledge Hath granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed confirmed & made over as by these Presents he the said William Littlefields Doth for himself & his Heirs grant bargain sell alien enfeoff confirm & make over unto the said Richard Wootton his Heirs & Assigns for ever All that Tract or Part of a Tract of Land called William & John lying in Frederick County (it being the whole of my Part of the aforesaid Tract of Land called William & John) begining at a bounded black Oak standing on the West Side of a small Branch about forty feet from the Bank of said Branch & about forty yards below the Head of said Branch the said Branch falls into Main Sinica it being the begining Tree of the aforesaid Tract of Land called William & John & runing thence North fifty Degrees East forty Perches North forty Degrees East thirty two Perches North twenty five Degrees West forty Perches North thirty six & one half Degrees West two hundred & eleaven Perches then with a Line drawn North eighty nine Degrees West one hundred & forty five Perches to the End of seventy four Perches on the fourteenth Line of the aforesaid Tract of Land called William & John then South thirty Degrees ^west^ one hundred & nine Perches South fifteen Degrees East twenty four Perches to the End of the twenty seventh Line of the said Tract of Land called William & John then North thirty Degrees East twenty Perches South sixty Degrees East forty Perches South twenty Degrees East sixty six Perches South seven Degrees East sixty Perches South sixty five Degrees East forty four Perches South five Degrees West sixty one Perches then with a Line drawn North sixty nine Degrees East twenty nine Perches to the End of the thirty seventh Line of said Tract called William & John then South sixty Degrees East ninety Perches North nineteen Degrees East thirty eight Perches North seventy Degrees East ninety one Perches to the End of eighty nine Perches on the given Line of the aforesaid Tract of Land called William & John & then a straight Line to the begining containing (four) |
