       Executions, Extents, Forfeitures, Annuities, Debts Demands Titles
       Charges & Incumbrances whatsoever (save & except the Annual Quit Rent
       of                           per Acre ^payable^ in Respect of the same Hereditaments & Premises)
       And moreover that he the said Thomas Macnemara &
       his Heirs & all & every other Person & Persons claiming or which shall or may
       have or lawfully claim any Estate Right Title or Interest of into or out
       of the said Premises or any Part thereof by from or under or in Trust for
       him the said Thomas Macnemara or his Heirs shall & will from Time to
       Time & at all Times hereafter upon every reasonable Request & at the proper
       Costs & Charges of the said Anthony Stewart his Heirs or Assigns make
       do acknowledge levy suffer & execute or cause or procure to be made done
       acknowledged, levied, suffered & executed all & every such further & other lawful
       & reasonable Act & Acts Thing & Things Conveyances & Assurances in the Law
       whatsoever for the further better & more perfect & absolute Granting, Conveying
       & assuring all & singular the aforesaid Tract Piece or Parcel of Land Hereditaments
       & Premises with their Appurtenances unto & to the Use of him the said Anthony
       Stewart his Heirs & Assigns for ever as by the said Anthony Stewart
       his Heirs or Assigns or his or their Council learned in the Law shall be
       reasonably advised devised or required so as such further Assurances contain in
       them no further or other warranty or Covenants than against the Person or Persons  
       his her or their Heirs who shall make or do the same & so as the Party
       or Parties who shall be requested to make such further Assurances be not
       compelled or compellable for the making or doing thereof to go or travel from
       his or their then respective Dwellings or Places of Abode for the doing thereof
       And for the Considerations aforesaid he the said Thomas Macnemara
       Hath made ordained constituted & appointed And by these Presents Doth
       make ordain constitute & appoint the said Charles Wallace & James Dundass his
       true & lawful Attorneys & Attorney jointly & severally for him the said Thomas
       Macnemara & in his Name Place & Stead to acknowledge the due Execution
       by him & his duly signing Sealing & delivering this Present Indenture

          And also the said Indenture herein before mentioned to bear Date the
       Day next before the Day of the Date of these Presents before the Governor
       or Lord Proprietor of the Province of Maryland aforesaid or his or their
       Deputy or Deputies or any Judge or Judges of any Court or Courts of Justice
