       the Premises with their & every of their Appurtenances by these Presents
       granted & released or intended so to be unto the said Anthony Stewart his Heirs &
       Assigns  To & for the only proper Use & Behoof of the said Anthony Stewart & of his
       Heirs & Assigns for ever  And the said Thomas Macnemara doth by these Presents
       for himself his Heirs Exors & Admors covenant promise grant & agree to & with the
       said Anthony Stewart his Heirs & Assigns in Manner following (that is to say) That
       (for & notwithstanding any Act Matter or Thing whatsoever made done assented to or
       suffered by him the said Thomas Macnemara or the said Michael Macnemara deceased
       or any other Person or Persons lawfully claiming or ^to^ claim from by or under or in Trust
       for him them or either of them done committed or suffered to the Contrary)  He the said
       Thomas Macnemara now is & standeth lawfully rightfully & absolutely seized of an ^absolute and
       indefeazible Estate of Inheritance in Fee Simple in Possession of & in the said Tract
       Piece or Parcel of Land Hereditaments & Premises by these Presents granted & released or
       intended so to be  And also that for & notwithstanding any such Act Matter
       or Thing as aforesaid) he the said Thomas Macnemara at the Time of the
       Sealing & Delivery of these Presents hath in himself good Right full Power &
       lawful & absolute Authority to grant bargain sell alien release & convey all &
       singular the aforesaid Tract Piece or Parcel of Land Hereditaments & Premises
       herein before mentioned or intended to be hereby granted & released by him the said
       Thomas Macnemara to the said Anthony Stewart & his Heirs & Assigns in
       Manner aforesaid  And also that for & notwithstanding any such Act Matter
       or Thing as aforesaid It shall & may be lawful to & for the said Anthony Stewart
       his Heirs & Assigns from time to time & at all Times hereafter peaceably & quietly
       To have, hold, use, occupy, possess & enjoy all & singular the aforesaid Tract Piece
       or Parcel of Land Hereditaments & Premises & every Part & Parcel thereof & to receive
       & take the Rents Issues & Profits thereof & of every Part & Parcel thereof  To & for his
       & their own Use & Benefit without any the Lett Suit Trouble Denial Eviction
       Ejection or other Hindrance or Interruption whatsoever of or by him the said
       Thomas Macnemara his Heirs or Assigns or any other Person or Persons whatsoever
       lawfully claiming or to claim any Estate, Right, Title, Trust or Interest of  
       into or out of the said Tract Piece or Parcel of Land Hereditaments & Premises or ^any of them^
       or any Part or Parcel thereof  And that free & clear & freely & clearly acquitted exonerated
       & discharged or otherwise by the said Thomas Macnemara his Heirs Executors or
       Admors well & sufficiently saved defended kept harmless & indemnified of from and
       against all former & other Gifts Grants Bargains Sales Leases, Mortgages, Jointures Dowers
       Titles of Dower Estates, Uses, Trusts Wills Entails Statutes Recognizances, Judgments
