       the said Thomas Macnemara  Hath granted bargained sold aliened released & confirmed &
       by these Presents Doth grant bargain sell alien release & confirm unto the said
       Anthony Stewart (in his actual Possession now being by Virtue of a Bargain & Sale to
       him thereof made by the said Thomas Macnemara in Consideration of five Shillings
       by Indenture bearing Date the Day next before the Day of the Date of these Presents
       for one whole Year commencing from the Day next before the Day of the
       Date of the same Indenture & by Force of the Statute for transferring Uses into Possession)
       and to his Heirs & Assigns  All that Tract Piece or Parcel of cultivated or cleared
       Land containing thirty acres or thereabouts be the same more or less commonly called
                                                          situate lying & being in the Parish of All Hallows in
       Ann Arundel County in the said Province of Maryland in America & situate
       on the South Side of the Road leading from London Town in the same Parish
       to South River Church there & abutting or adjoining to a certain Tract of Land
       called Hogs Orchard in the Possession of the said Anthony Stewart & abutting
       or adjoining also on a Tract of Land belonging to the Heirs or Devisees of John
       Davage deceased  And which said Tract Piece or Parcel of Land by these Presents
       granted & released or intended so to be was patented in the Name of the said
       Thomas Macnemara & is now unoccupied & is the only Land or real Estate
       whereof or wherein the said Thomas Macnemara is now seised in Fee Simple
       in Possession in the said Province of Maryland  And also all Ways Paths Passages
       Lights Easements Waters Water Courses Woods Underwoods Trees, Commons, Common
       of Pasture Privileges Commodities Emoluments, Advantages Hereditaments, Rights
       Members & Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Tract, Piece or Parcel of Land
       Hereditaments & Premises belonging or in any wise appertaining & the Reversion
       & Reversions Remainder & Remainders Rents Issues & Profits thereof & of every
       Part thereof  And all the Estate Right Title Interest, Use, Trust, Property
       Profit Claim & Demand whatsoever both at Law & in Equity of him the said
       Thomas Macnemara of into or out of the said Tract Piece or Parcel of Land Hereditaments
       & Premises by these Presents mentioned to be granted & released every or any
       as concern the said Hereditaments & Premises jointly with any other which the
       said Thomas Macnemara hath in his Custody or Power or can come by without
       Suit at Law or in Equity the same to be taken at the proper Costs &
       Charges of the said Anthony Stewart his Heirs or Assigns  To have & to
       hold the said Tract Piece or Parcel of Land Hereditaments & all & Singular other
