             This Indenture made the twenty ninth Day of August in the eleventh
       Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third by the Grace of God of Great
       Britain France & Ireland, King Defender of the Faith &c  And in the Year of our Lord
       one thousand seven hundred & seventy one  Between Thomas Macnemara late
       of the City of Annapolis in the Province of Maryland in America Surgeon but
       now a Surgeon belonging to the Ship called the Netronmena in the Service of the
       Empress of Russia (Eldest Son & Heir at Law of Michael Macnemara late of the
       City of Annapolis aforesaid Gentleman deceased) of the one Part and Anthony Stewart
       of the City of Annapolis aforesaid Merchant of the other Part  Witnesseth that for & in Consideration
       of the Sum of five Shillings of lawful Money of Great Britain to the said Thomas Macnemara
       in Hand paid by the said Anthony Stewart at or before the Ensealing and
       Delivery of these Presents The Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged he the said Thomas
       Macnemara Hath bargained & sold & by these Presents Doth bargain & sell unto the
       said Anthony Stewart All that Tract Piece or Parcel of cultivated ^or cleared^ Land containing
       thirty acres or thereabouts be the same more or less commonly called
       situate lying & being in the Parish of All Hallows in Ann Arundel County
       on the said Province of Maryland in America & situate on the South side of the
       Road leading from London Town in the same Parish to South River Church there
       & abutting or adjoining to a certain Tract of Land called Hogs Orchard in the Possession
       of the said Anthony Stewart & abutting or adjoining also on a Tract of Land
       belonging to the Heirs or Devisees of John Davage deceased  And which said Tract
       Piece or Parcel of Land by these Presents bargained & sold & intended so to be was
       Patented in the Name of the said Thomas Macnemara & is now unoccupied & is
       the only Land or real Estate whereof or wherein the said Thomas Macnemara
       is now seised in Fee Simple in Possession in the said Province of Maryland
       and also all Ways, Paths, Passages, Lights Easements, Waters, Water Courses
       Woods Under Woods, Trees, Commons, Common of Pasture, Privileges, Commodities
       Emoluments Advantages Hereditaments Rights Members & Appurtenances whatsoever
       to the said Tract Piece or Parcel of Land Hereditaments & Premises belonging
       or in any wise appertaining & the Reversion & Reversions Remainder &
       Remainders Rents, Issues & Profits thereof & of every Part thereof  To have & to hold
       the said Tract Piece or Parcel of Land Hereditaments & all & singular other the
       Premises with their & every of their Appurtenances hereby bargained & sold or intended
       so to be unto the said Anthony Stewart his Executors Administrators & Assigns from
       the Day next before the Day of the Date of these Presents for & during & unto
       the full End & Term of one whole Year from thence next ensuing & fully to be
       compleat & ended  Yielding and Paying therefore unto the said Thomas Macnemara
