262 bargin'd & sold aliened enfeofed & confirmed & doth by these Presents give grant bargin sell alien enfeof & confirm unto him the said Richard Warfield his Heirs or Assigns for ever all their the and Benjamin & Sarah Talbotts Right Title Interest Property Claim or Demand whatsoever both in Law & Equity of in & to all the Remainder of their Right to a Part of a Tract or Parcel of Land called Gaither's Chance lying in Frederick County near Longernore containing about one hundred Acres of Land more or less Together with all & singular the Lands & Premisses with its Appurtenances & & Improvements thereunto belonging or in any wise appurtaining To have and to hold the abovementioned Land & Premisses according to the due Meets & Bound of said Parcel of Land unto him the said Richard Warfield his Heirs or Assigns for ever & to & for no other Use, Intent or Purpose whatsoever & Behoof of him the said Richard Warfield his Heirs or Assigns for ever & the said Benjamin & Sarah Talbott doth covenant promise grant & agree to & with the said Richard Warfield his Heirs or Assigns Executors or Administrators they the said Benjamin & Sarah Talbott doth promise by themselves & each of their respective Heirs to for ever hereafter warrant & defend the above mentioned Lands & Primmesses to the said Richard Warfield his Heirs or Assigns for ever against all Manner of Persons claiming any Right or Title to the above mentioned Lands & Primmesses from by or under them or either of there respective Heirs & the said Benjamin & Sarah Talbott doth further covenant grant & agree to & with the said Richard Warfield or his Heirs or Assigns Executors or Administrators that they the said Benjamin & Sarah Talbott or either of their respective Heirs Executors or Assigns shall & will at any Time & at all Times hereafter at the reasonable Request & Charge of him the said Richard Warfield doe make acknowledge suffer execute or cause to be made done suffered or executed every sutch further or other Act or Acts thing or things Ashureances of Conveyances as his or their Counsil learned in the Law shall at any time reasonably require to the further ^and better^ Ashureance securety or shure making of all & singular the Lands & Primmesses hereby bargined & Sold or intended to be hereby bargined and sold In Witness whereof the Parties to these presents have interchangeably & mutually sett their Hands & afixed their Seals the Day & Year above written in Presents of Benj Talbott (Seal) Signed Sealed & deliver'd In Presence of Sarah Talbott (Seal) William Paris Stephen Gartrell |
