       of the Pond and runing North seventy Degrees West twenty six Perches, North eighty
       five Degrees West twenty two Perches, South seventy two Degrees West  forty eight Perches
       South thirty six Degrees West seventy four Perches South forty five Degrees West sixteen
       Perches South twenty two Degrees East twenty eight Perches South sixty seven Degrees
       East one hundred and twelve Perches, North thirteen Degrees West fifty eight Perches
       then to the Beginning Tree containing and laid out for seventy six Acres more or less
       together with all Houses, Buildings Gardens Orchards trees Woods Underwoods Profits
       Commodities Hereditaments and Advantages to the several Part or Parcel of Land belonging
       or appertaining and also the Reversion and Reversions, Remainder and Remainders, Rents
       and Services of the said bargained Premises and every Part and Parcel thereof with the
       Appurtenances and all the Estates Right Title, Interest, Property Claim and Demand whatsoever
       in Law or Equity of him the said Richard Bennett Lloyd of in unto or out of the
       said bargained Premises & every Part & Parcel thereof with the Appurtenances  To have
       and to hold the same bargained Premises and every Part and Parcel thereof with the
       Appurtenances unto the same Edward Lloyd & his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper Use
       and Behoof of the same Edward Lloyd his Heirs and Assigns for ever  And the said Richard
       Bennett Lloyd for himself and his Heirs doth covenant and grant to and with the
       said Edward Lloyd his Heirs and Assigns that he the said Richard Bennett Lloyd and his
       Heirs the Lands and Premises aforesaid against him his Heirs & against all Persons claiming
       or to claim by from and under him them or any of them to the said Edward Lloyd his
       Heirs and Assigns shall and will warrant and for ever defend  In Witness whereof the
       Parties afd to these Presents have their Hands and Seals interchangeably the Day &

                          James Hindman        On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus endorsed to wit

        September 21.st 1771 Then received of Edward Lloyd the Sum of five Shillings Sterling Money of
        Great Britain being the Consideration of the within Deed Witness my Hand the Day & Year afd
            Test

       Talbot County to wit, Be it remembered that the within named Richard Bennett Lloyd came before me the
       Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court & acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act &
       the Land & Premises with their Appurtenances thereby bargained & sold to be the ^Estate of the^ within named Edward Lloyd
       his Heirs & Assigns for ever taken and certified according to the Act of Assembly in that Case made &
       provided me this twenty first Day of September in the Year of our Lord seventeen hundred and
       seventy one                                                                                             W.m Hayward
