       the said John Beale Bordley and his Heirs Executors and Administrators  Hath given granted
       bargained sold aliened released and confirmed And by these Presents he the said John Carvill
       Doth give grant bargain and sell alien release and confirm unto the said John Beale Bordley
       and his Heirs All that Island or Tract of Land called Pools Island scituate and being in Chesapeak
       Bay and in Baltimore County in Maryland containing two hundred and fifty five acres
       more or less by the Patent of confirmation  Together with all the Improvements Advantages
       and Appurtenances thereto belonging or in any way appertaining and all the Estate Right
       Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said John Carvill
       of in or to the same  To have and to hold the said bargained and sold Land & Premises
       or meant or mentioned so to be with the Appurtenances unto the said John Beale
       Bordley and his Heirs to the only proper Use and Behoof of him the said John Beale
       Bordley and his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to or for no other Use Intent or Purpose
       whatsoever And the said John Carville for himself and his Heirs doth covenant to
       and with the said John Beale Bordley and his Heirs and Assigns that he the said
       John Carville & his Heirs at all Times hereafter at the Reasonable Request & at the
       Cost and charge of the said John Beale Bordley his Heirs or Assigns shall and will do
       and suffer or cause to be done and suffered every further or other Act or Acts Thing or
       Things for the better assuring and confirming to the said John Beale Bordley & his
       Heirs and Assigns an indefeasible Estate of Inheritance In Fee Simple of in and to the
       aforesaid Land and Premises with the Appurtenances and that at the Time of sealing
       and Delivering these Presents he the said John Carville hath good Right and lawful
       and absolute Authority and Power to bargain and sell and convey the same Land &
       Premises to the said John Beale Bordley and his Heirs in Manner and Form above mentioned
       In Witness whereof we have hereto interchangeably set our Hands and Seals
