       one hundred and twelve Acres together with all and every the Improvements to them
       and each of them belonging To have and to hold the said two Tracts of Land &
       all and every the Premises unto the said Andrew Mein his Heirs and Assigns for ever
       to the only Use and Benefit of the said Andrew Mein his Heirs and Assigns for ever
       and to and for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever  And the said Anthony Richardson
       and Hannah his wife for themselves and each of them their and each
       of their Heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs do hereby covenant promise and agree to and with
       the said Andrew Mein his Heirs and Assigns that they the said Anthony Richardson
       and Hannah his wife and their Heirs the Lands and Premises afd unto
       the said Andrew Mein his Heirs and Assigns for ever against themselves and all
       other Persons claiming the same by from or under or in Trust for them or either of
       them shall and will warrant and defend  In Witness whereof the Parties afd
       have hereunto interchangeably put their Hands and Seals on the Day and Year afd

             Maryland to wit  Be it remembered that on the tenth Day of August
       seventeen hundred and seventy one came the within named Anthony Richardson &
       Hannah his wife by James Dickinson Gen.t their Att.y and acknowledged the within
       Deed and the Lands and Premises therein mentioned to be the Right and Title of
       the within mentioned Andrew Mein his Heirs and Assigns for ever agreeable to
       the Directions of the Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided

       Received Aug.t 10th 1771 of M.r Andrew Mein nine Shillings and two Pence Sterling
       for an Alienation Fine on that Part of the within Land called Addition lying in
       Talbot due his Lordship containing 229 acres         Sam.l Thomas

       Received Aug.t 15th 1771 of M.r Andrew Mein four Shillings ^& six pence^ Sterling for an Alienation
       Fine due his Lordships on that Part of the within mentioned Lands called Hog
