       the said William Magruder Selby his Heirs and Assigns against all Persons claiming under
       him the said Richard Henderson  In Witness whereof the said Richard Henderson hath
       hereunto set his Hand & Seal the Date above written

       one Richard Henderson Party to the within Instrument of Writing acknowledged the same

             This Indenture made the tenth Day of August in the Year of our Lord
       seventeen hundred and seventy one Between Anthony Richardson of the City of London
       Merch.t (eldest Son and Heir at Law of Anthony Richardson formerly of Talbot County
       in the Province of Maryland Gen.t deceased) and Hannah his wife of the one Part and
       Andrew Mein of Talbot County in the Province afd Gen.t of the other Part  Witnesseth that
       the said Anthony Richardson and Hannah his wife for and in Consideration of the
       Sum of five hundred and thirteen Pounds and twelve Shillings Sterling to them in
       Hand paid by the said Andrew Mein at & before the Execution hereof the Receipt whereof
       they do hereby acknowledge and thereof do discharge the said Andrew Mein his Heirs and
       Assigns for ever  Have and each of them Hath granted bargained and Sold conveyed and
       confirmed and hereby Do and each of them Doth grant bargain and sell convey and confirm
       unto the said Andrew Mein his Heirs and Assigns for ever all that Tract of Land called the
       Addition in Talbot County aforesaid containing two hundred and twenty nine Acres and also
       all that Tract of Land called Hogg Range in Dorchester County in the Province afd containing
