       & Premises therein mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within named Nathan Soper his Heirs
       and Assigns according to the true Intent and Meaning of the within Deed and the Act of Assembly in
       such Case made and provided and on the same Day and Year came also before me Sarah ^the Wife of the said Jesse Pigman^ and
       she being by me privately examined apart from and out of the Hearing of her said Husband did acknowledge
       that she did relinquish and release to the said Nathan Soper and his Heirs all her Dower and
       Right and Title of Dower of in and to the Land and Premises with its Appurtenances within mentioned
       and she did declare that she made such Relinquishment and this her Acknowledgement voluntarily
       and freely without being induced thereto by ^Fears or^ Threats of or ill Usage from her said Husband
       or through Fear of his Displeasure

           This Indenture Tripartite made this fifth Day of September in the Year of our
       Lord seventeen hundred and seventy one Between Samuel Willoughby of Dorchester County Planter
       and Henry Murray of the same County Physician of the first Part, Daniel Sulivane Junior of the
       same County Gentleman of the second Part and John Murray of the same county Attorney at Law of the
       third Part Witnesseth that the said Samuel Willoughby and Henry Murray for the Docking barring and
       cutting off all Estates Tail and Remainders in Tail, of and in the Lands, Tenements and Hereditaments
       herein after mentioned, and for the settling and Assuring of the same to and for the Purposes herein
       after limited expressed and declared, and in Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings Sterling to them
       in hand by the said Daniel Sulivane Jun.r the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and for divers
       other good Causes and Considerations them the said Samuel Willoughby and Henry Murray in this beha^l^f moving
       Have granted bargained & sold aliened released and confirmed And by these Presents Do grant bargain
       and sell alien release & confirm unto him the said Daniel Sulivane Jun his Heirs & Assigns  All
       that Part or Parcel of Land called Skinners Choice lying on the Northern Branch of Black Waters in
       the County of Dorchester on the Eastern Shore, beginning at a marked red Oak on Point over against
       the Fork of the Branch & runing for breadth North West one hundred twenty and five Perches to
       another mark'd red Oak, bounding on the North with a Line drawn South West from the said
       Oak for the length of three hundred and twenty Perches to a marked Pine on the South by a
       line drawn South East from the said Pine for Breadth one hundred and twenty five Perches to a
       marked red Oak standing on a Point on the South by a Line drawn North East from the said Red
       Oak unto the first marked red Oak containing & laid out for two hundred & fifty Acres more or less together
       with all Buildings Orchards Gardens Ways Waters Improvements Advantages and
       Appurtenances whatsoever to the same Land belonging or appertaining And the Reversion &
       Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof And also all the Estate
       Right Title, Interest Use, Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of them
