       This Indenture made this fourteenth Day of September in the Year of our Lord One
       thousand seven hundred and seventy one  Between Jesse Pigman of Frederick County in the Province
       of Maryland and Sarah his Wife of the one Part and Nathan Soper of Prince Georges County and
       Province aforesaid of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Jesse Pigman and Sarah his wife
       for and in Consideration of the Sum of one hundred Pounds Sterling Money to them in hand paid by the
       said Nathan Soper the Receipt whereof they the said Jesse Pigman and sarah his Wife do hereby
       acknowledge and themselves therewith fully satisfied contented and paid Have given granted bargained
       sold aliened released enfeoffed and confirmed  And by these Presents do give grant bargain sell
       alien release enfeoffe and confirm unto the said Nathan Soper his Heirs and Assigns for ever one
       hundred Acres of Land being Part of a Tract of Land lying and being in Frederick County ^afsd^ between
       Conococheague Manor and Patowmack River commonly called and known by the Name of the Plumsyard
       which was heretofore devised by the last Will and Testament of Charles Lucas late of Prince
       Georges County deceased to his Daughter the aforesaid Sarah Pigman by the Name of Sarah Lucas
       Together with all Ways Waters Water Courses Woods Under Woods Privileges Advantages and
       Appurtenances what^so^ever to the said one hundred Acres of Land belonging or in any wise appertaining
       and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits
       thereof and of every part and Parcel thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust
       Possession Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of them the said Jesse Pigman and his Wife of
       in or to the same To have and to hold the said one hundred Acres of Land and Premises
       with its Rights Members and Appurtenances to him the said Nathan Soper his Heirs &
       Assigns to the only proper Use and Behoof of him the said Nathan Soper his Heirs and Assigns
       for ever and to or for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the
       Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and affixed their Seals
