       for and in Satisfaction and Discharge of all Commission Salary and other Fee and Reward whatsoever for
       such his Case and Pains in the Premises and all services relating thereto  Provided always and
       it is the true Intent and Meaning of these Presents that notwithstanding any thing herein before
       contained that the said Daniel of Saint Thomas Jenifer Esquire shall from time to time and at
       all Times obey execute and perform all such Rules and Orders for his Conduct in the Premises as he
       shall receive from us our Lieutenant Governor or Board of Officers appointed by our Instructions bearing
       Date the twenty second Day of March in the Year of our Lord seventeen hundred and sixty six  And
       We do hereby revoke annul and make void all former and other Commissions Powers and Authorities
       touching the Premises by us our Guardians or Predecessors Authority heretofore granted to any other Person
       or Persons whatever and this our Commission and the Powers herein granted is to continue during
       our Pleasure      Witness our Trusty and well beloved Brother Robert Eden Esquire Lieutenant
       General and chief Governor in and over our said Province this ninth Day of September in
       the twenty first Year of our Dominion and in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred
       and seventy one                     the great seal                        Signed by Order

                            Maryland sct Know all men by these Presents that we Daniel of Saint Thomas
       Jenifer John Ridout and Edward Lloyd are held and firmly bound unto the Right Honourable Frederick ^absolute Lord and^ Proprietary
       of the Provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltimore &.t in the full and just Sum of ten thousand
       pounds Sterling to be paid unto the said Lord Proprietary his Executors Administrators and Assigns to the
       which Payment well and truly to be made We bind ourselves and each of us ourselves and each of us our and every of our Heirs
       Executors and Administrators jointly and severally ^in the whole and for the whole^ firmly by these Presents sealed with our Seals and
       dated this 10th Day of September in the Year of our Lord seventeen hundred and seventy one
      
                   Whereas the above bound Daniel of Saint Thomas Jenifer Esq.r by Commission bearing Date the
       ninth Day of September seventeen hundred and seventy one is constituted and appointed Chief Agent Escheator
       and Receiver General for the Right Honourable Frederick Lord Baron of Baltimore as by Reference being had
       to the said Commission recorded in the Office of the Provincial Court may more fully appear  Now The
       Condition of the above obligation is such that in Case the said Daniel of Saint Thomas Jenifer Esq.r
       shall from time to time and at all times during his Continuance in the office aforesaid by and in Virtue
       of the Commission aforesaid faithfully honestly justly and exactly fulfill discharge perform and execute
       his Duty and Duties in the said Commission directed and contained and in every Respect obey execute and
       perform such orders and Rules for his Conduct as he shall from time to time receive according to the Purport
       Meaning Tenour or Effect of the said Commission then the above Obligation to be void & of no Effect also to be
