       To have and to hold one undivided Moiety or half Part of the Tract of Land aforesaid
       and all and singular the Premises with the Appurtenances to him the same James Dick his
       Heirs and Assigns for ever to the only proper Use and Behoof of the same James Dick his Heirs
       and Assigns for ever and to or for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever In Witness
       whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto set their Hands and affixed their Seals the  
       Day and Year first above written

                   Phil Key Sen.r               On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus endorst
                                                         to wit

       Received on the Day and Year first within written of and from the within James Dick
       the Sum of Seventy five Pounds Currency being the Consideration Money within mentioned
       to be by him paid      me                        Anthony Stewart
                   Witness
                   James Dundass
                   Phil Key Sen.r

       On the third Day of February seventeen hundred and seventy came before me the Subscriber
       one of the Justices of the Provincial Court the within Anthony Stewart and acknowledged
       the within Instrument of Writing to be his Act and Deed and one undivided
       Moiety or half Part of the Lands and Premises therein specified to be the Right and
       Estate of the within James Dick his Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the true Intent
       and Meaning thereof
                                                 Acknowledged before  Geo Stewart

       Received of M.r James Dick the Sum of twelve Shillings and four Pence Sterling for the
       Use of Lord Baltimore it being the Alienation Money on the within Land by Vertue of a
       Commission from John Morton Jordan Esq.r his said Lordship and Receiver General

             Know all men by these Presents that we John Camm Emanuel Jones Josiah Johnson John
       Dixon Samuel Henley and Thomas Gwatkin the President and Masters or Professors of William and Mary
       College in Virginia have made ordained constituted and appointed, and by these Presents do make, ordain, constitute and
       appoint Robert Miller of the City of Williamsburg Gentleman now Bursar of the said College our true and
       lawfull Attorney for us and in our Names to ask demand sue for recover and receive of and from Daniel
       Wolstenholm Esquire Collector of his Majestys Customs at S.t Marys North Potowmack in the Province of
       Maryland and of and from all other Person and Persons in the said Province all Sums of Money due and
       owing to us the said President and Masters or Professors of the said College of William and Mary for the Duty
       on Tobacco or otherwise and upon Default of Payment to have use and take all lawful Ways and Means
       in our Names or otherwise and to compound and agree for the same and on Receipt thereof Acquittances
       or other sufficient Discharges for the same for us and in our Names to make Seal and execute and to do all
       lawful Acts and things whatsoever concerning the Premises as fully as we ourselves might or could do if we
       were personally present and an Attorney or Attornies under him for the Purposes aforesaid to make and
