       of Land aforesaid belonging and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders
       Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every part thereof and all the Estate Right Title
       Interest use Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said John Cadwalader
       and Elizabeth his wife of into or out of the Premises and of every part thereof with the
       Appurtenances To have and to Hold the said Several Tracts or Parcells of Land
       situate in the Counties of Queen Ann Kent and Talbot and all & singular the
       Premises with the Appurtenances unto the said John Hall his Heirs and Assigns to the
       use of the said John Hall his Heirs and Assigns for ever and the said John Cadwalader
       hath Nominated and Constituted and by these Presents Doth Nominate and constitute
       William Paca Thomas Johnson Frederick Stone Esq.rs of the City of Annapolis aforesaid his
       Attorneys hereby empowering and Authorizing them or any one of them to acknowledge
       these Presents to be his Act and Deed according to the Laws of the Province of Maryland
       aforesaid  In Witness whereof the said Parties to these Presents have interchangeably
       set their Hands and Seald the Day and Year above Written

       On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t

       Received this Eleventh day of June in the Year of our Lord one Thousand seven hundred
       and seventy from John Hall Esquire five Thousand Pounds Sterling Money being
       the Consideration above mentioned Witness our Hands the same day and year

       Be it Remembered that on this Nineteenth Day of June in the Year of our Lord
       one thousand seven hundred and seventy at the City of Philadelphia in the Province of
       Pensylvania before me Tho.s Willing Esq.r one of the Justices of the Supreme Court of the
       same Province came John Cadwalader of the sid City Gentleman and Elizabeth his wife
       and Acknowledged this Writing indented to be their Act and Deed and the said
       Elizabeth being by me Examined apart from and out of the Hearing of her Husband
       and the Contents of the same Writing indented being fully made known to her did
       Declare that she made this her acknowledgement of the same Willingly & freely
       and without being induced thereto by Fears or Threats of or ill Usage by her
       Husband or fear of his Displeasure                           Tho.s Willing         (Seal)

          The Honourable John Penn Esquire Lieutenant Governor and Commander in Chief
       of the Province of Pensylvania and Counties of New Castle Kent and Sussex on
       Delaware To all whom it may Concern Greeting I do hereby Certify that Thomas
       Willing Esquire by whom the Certificate of the Acknowledgement of the hereunto
       annexed Deed from John Cadwalader of the City of Philadelphia Gentleman and
       Elizabeth his Wife to John Hall of the City of Annapolis Esquire was made was at
       the time of making the same and now is one of the Justices of the Supreme Court
       of the said Province of Pensylvania duly Commissionated and Qualified & that full Faith
       and entire Credit is and ought to be given to all Acts Attestations & Certificates by
       him the said Thomas Willing so made or done at all times and in all Places as well in
       Judgment Court as elsewhere In Testimony whereof I have set my hand & Caused the
                         Great Seal of the said Province to be hereunto Affixed at Philadelphia
