       Frederick County on the 2.d day of Aprill 1770 Came before us two of his Lordships
       Justices of the Peace for the County aforesaid Andrew House George House John
       Valentine House and William House parties to the within Deed and severally
       and differently acknowledged the same to be theirs and each of their Acts & Deed
       for the Uses within mentioned and the Right and Title of the within mentioned
       Land and Premises to be in the within Named David Ross his Heirs and
       Assigns for ever and at the same time Came Catharine house the Wife of
                   Andrew House and Sarah House wife of John Valentine House and Sarah
       wife of William House who being privately and seperately Examined out of
       the Hearing of their and each of their said Husbands did severally
       acknowledge their Right and each of their Right of Dower in the within
       mentioned Land and Premises unto the said David Ross his Heirs & Assigns
       freely and willingly wihtout being induced thereto through fear or Threats or of
       ill Usage of their or each of their said Husbands or fear of their Displeasure

       This Indenture made the Eleventh day of June in the Year of our Lord one
       thousand seven hundred and seventy Between John Cadwalader of the City of
       Philadelphia in the province of Pensylvania Gentleman nd Elizabeth his wife of the
       one part and John Hall of the City of Annapolis Esquire of the other part Witnesseth
       that the said John Cadwalader and Elizabeth his wife for and in Consideration of the sum
       of five Thousand Pounds Sterling Money to them in hand paid before the Sealing and
       Delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged Have and
       each of them Hath granted bargain'd and sold and by these presents do and
       each of them Doth grant bargain and sell unto the said John Hall his Heirs and
       Assigns all those three several Tracts or Parcells of Land situate in Queen Anns
       County in the Province of Maryland contiguous to each other called Nineveh
       containing six hundred Acres more or Less Nineveh's Addition containing two
       Hundred Acres more or Less and Mill Range containing one Hundred and
       sixty three Acres more or less also all that Tract or parcell of Land situate in Kent
       County in the same Province on the South side of Sassafras River by Patent of
       Confirmation called Bennetts Regulation containing one Thousand seven
       hundred and thirty three Acres more or Less also all those two Tracts or Parcells
       of Land situate in Talbott County in the same Province on the Southern part of
       Wye River called Bodwells Indian Neck resurvey'd and granted by Patent
       of Confirmation to Richard Bennett Esquire Deceased containing Nine
       Hundred and thirteen Acres of Land more or Less and Carters Inheritance
       purchased by the said Richard Daniel Dulany Esquire and Henrietta
       Maria his wife for Three hundred Acres Adjoining to Bodwell's Neck together
       with all the Buildings and Improvements to the Several Tracts or Parcels
