          Frederick County Maryland sct  On the 31.st day of May 1771.  Came the
       within named Priscilla Wickham before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for
       the County aforesaid and acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing to be her Act and Deed and the Land
       and p^r^emises therein mentioned to be the right and Estate of the within named Nathaniel Wickham his
       Heirs and Assigns for ever according to an Act of Assembly in such Cases late made and provided

                This Indenture made the seventy Day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand seven
       hundred and seventy one Between Absalom Boreing Eldest Son and Heir at Law of John Boreing late
       of Baltimore County deceased of the one part and Joseph Ensor of Cæcil County and Province of Maryland of
       the other part  Whereas a certain Richard Miller Cole and Subina his Wife and Charles Merryman and
       Millisent his Wife and by their Deed of Exchange bearing Date the twenty eighth Day of August in the
       year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and forty two; make over and Convey to the aforesaid John
       Boreing father of the aforesaid Absalom all that tract or parcel of Land lying and being in Baltimore County
       called Hails folley containing one hundred Acres of Land more or less for and in Consideration of one hundred
       Acres of Land being part of a Tract of Land called Boreings Gift, Reference being had to the said Deed from
       the said John Boreing to the said Richard Miller Cole and Charles Merryman it will more fully and
       at large appear      Now This Indenture Witnesseth that the said Absalom Boreing
       for and in Consideration of two hundred pounds current money to him in hand paid by the said Joseph
       Ensor before the Ensealing and delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof the said Absalom Boreing
       doth acknowledge hath granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed ^released^ and Confirmed and doth by these presents
       grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoffe, release and Confirm unto him the said Joseph Ensor his Heirs and
       Assigns for ever all the aforesaid Tract or Parcel of Land called hails Folley now in the actual Possession
       of the said Joseph Ensor begining for the same at a bounded White Oake standing on the North side of the
       Road leading from the Plantation where Nicholas Haile the original Patentee of the present bargained
       Premises did live to the Common Wadeing place then on Joness Falls and runing North seventy two
       Degrees East seventy two perches to a bounded red Oake or b^l^ack Oake thence South fifty degrees East
       one hundred and fifty six Perches then South twenty degrees West one hundred and fourteen perches
       thence with a direct line to the place of begining Containing one hundred Acres of Land more or
       less according to the Certificate of Survey thereof remaining on Record as may appear  To have
       and to hold the aforesaid Land and premises with its Appurtenances together with all its
       rights Priviledges, Benefits and advantages whatsoever to him the said Joseph Ensor his Heirs and
       Assigns for ever either in Law or Equity and the said Absalom Boreing for himself his Heirs Executors
       and Administrators doth Covenant promise and agree to and with the aforesaid Joseph Ensor
       his Heirs & assigns that he the sid Absalom Boreing or his Heirs shall and will at any time
       or times hereafter at the propper Request Cost and Charge of him the said Joseph Ensor his heirs
       or Assigns or his or their Council learned in the law shall reasonably require will make do and
       execute any further Deeds or Deed for the better and further Assurance of the said Land and Premises
       or the land Called part of Boreings Gift given by the aforesaid John Boreing in Exchange
