       for the aforesaid premises and that he the said Absalom Boreing and his Heirs will warrant and forever
       defend the same against all manner of persons whatsoever Claiming the same by from or under him or by from

       On the twentieth of June 1771 Came the within named Absalom Boreing before us two of his Lordships
       Justices of the Peace for the said County and acknowledged the within Indenture to be his Act & deed & the
       Land and Premises therein mentioned to be the Right Title & Estate of the within named Joseph Ensor
       his Heirs and Assigns according to the true Intent and meaning of the of the same ^Deed^ and the Act of Assembly in such
       Cases made and provided

             This Indenture made the twelf day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred
       and seventy one  Between Henry Green of Frederick County only son of William Green late of
       Baltimore County deceased of the one part and Joseph Ensor of Cecil County in the province of Maryland
       of the other part Witnesseth that the said Henry Green for and in Consideration of fifty Pounds
       Current money to him in hand paid by the said Joseph Ensor the Receipt whereof the said Henry Green
       doth acknowledge and himself therewith to be fully satisfied Contented and paid  Hath granted, bargained,
       sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released and Confirmed and doth by these presents grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoffe,
       release and Confirm unto him the said Joseph Ensor his Heirs and Assigns for ever all that Tract or
       parcel of Land lying and being in Baltimore County in the East side of Jones falls Called addition to
       Mount pleasant begining at a bounded White Oake and a bounded Hickory and two bounded red
       Oak saplings and a Stone marked HG standing at the place where formerly stood the third bounded tree
       of a tract of Land Called Mount pleasant and runing thence West thirty perches South fifty perches
       South eighty three Degrees East twenty four perches North thirty two Degrees and thirty Minutes East
       One hundred and thirty six perches north Twenty Degrees West twenty five perches and then with
       a streight line to the Begining Containing and laid out for twenty five Acres more or less according
       to the Certificate of Survey thereof remaining on Record in the Land Office at Annapolis
       To have and to hold all and singular the aforesaid Land and premises with its Appurtenances
       to him the said Joseph Ensor his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to and for his and their only
       propper use and Behoofe and to and for no other Intent use or purpose whatsoever and the
       said Henry Green for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators doth Covenant promise
