       in which said Common Recovery or Recoveries it is hereby agreed that the said Nicholas Thomas shall be
       Demandant, the said Benjamin Mackall Tenant and the said Anthony Richardson Vouchee who shall
       vouch over the Common Vouchee after the Manner and Course of a Common Recovery or Recoveries for
       Assurance of Lands  And it is hereby further covenanted concluded declared and fully agreed by and between
       all the said Parties to these Presents that the said Common Recovery or Recoveries so or in any other
       Manner to be had and Suffered as aforesaid of the aforesaid Lands Mill and Premisses with the Appurtenances
       between the said parties to the Presents shall enure and be and shall be construed deemed and
       taken to be and enure to the several uses Intents and Purposes herein after mentioned and declared (that
       is to say) to the Use and Behoof of the said Thomas Richardson his heirs and assigns forever
       In Witness whereof the said Parties to these Presents have hereunto set their Hands and Seals the Day
       and Year first above written

       Received the Day of the within written Indenture of the within named Benjamin Mackall the Sum of
       five Shillings Sterling being the Consideration Money within mentioned to be paid by him to me

       Be it remembred that the within Named Anthony Richardson (by James Dickinson his Attorney prusuent
       to a Letter of Attorney to him for that purpose made and executed according to the Directions of the Act of Assemby)
       came before me one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court and acknowledged the within Deed to be his
       Act and the lands and Premisses with their Appurtenances thereby bargained and sold to be the Estate of
       the within Named Benjamin Makall his heirs and Assigns for the Uses Intents and Purposes therein
       Mentioned         Taken and Certified according to the Act of Assemby in that Case made and provided by
       Me this twenty second day of November Anno Domini 1771

       Know all men by these presents that I Nathan Dorsey of Anne Arundel County and Province
       of Maryland Planter for and in Consideration of the Sum of Sixty Pounds sterling money to me
       in Hand well and truly paid by Edward Dorsey of John of the same place before the ensealing
       and delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof I do acknowledge and myself therewith satisfied  
       contented and paid, have granted bargain'd and sold and by these presents do fully, clearly and
       absolutely grant bargain and sell unto the said and abovemention'd Edward Dorsey the whole
       and entire Crop of Tobacco unto me the above named Nathan Dorsey belonging now housed and
       otherwise To have and to hold all and singular the abovementioned premises unto the said
       Edward Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns for ever unto the only proper use and Behoof
       of the said Edward Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns for ever   And the said Nathan Dorsey
       for himself his Executors, Administrators and assigns doth covenant promise and
       grant to and with the said Edward Dorsey his Heirs Executors Administrators & Assigns
       by these presents that he the said Nathan Dorsey his Heirs Executors   Administrators
