       Uses Intents and Purposes herein after mentioned and Declared (that is to say) to the Use and Behoof of
       the said Thomas Dickinson Richardson his heirs and Assigns for ever In Witness whereof the said
       Parties to these Presents have hereunto set their Hands and seals the Day and Year first above written

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed, to wit,

                Received the Day of the within written Indenture of the within named Thomas Jenings         Sterl
       the Sum of five Shillings Sterling being the Consideration Money within mentioned to be paid   £  S  d

       Maryland (to wit) be it remembred that the within Named Thomas Dickinson Richardson by James
       Dickinson his Attorney (pursuant to a Letter of Attorney to him for that Purpose made and Executed according to the
       Directions of the Act of Assembly) came before me one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court and
       acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act and the Lands and Premisses with their Appurtenances thereby
       bargained and Sold to be the Estate of the within named Thomas Jenings his Heirs and Assigns for the
       Uses Intents and Purposes therein mentioned                  Taken and Certified (according to the Act of Assembly
       in that Case made and Provided) by me this twenty second Day of November Anno Domini 1770

       This Indenture made the twentieth Day of March in the Year of our Lord one thousand Seven
       hundred and Seventy one Between Anthony Richardson Eldest Son and Heir at Law of Anthony
       Richardson late of Talbot County deceased of the one Part Benjamin Mackall of the second part
       and Nicholas Thomas of the third part Witnesseth that the said Anthony Richardson for the barring
       all Estates Tail and Remainders over of and in the Lands Tenements and Hereditaments herein after
       mentioned and for and in Consideration of the sum of five Shillings Sterling to him in Hand paid by
       the said Benjamin Mackall at or before the Execution of these Presents the Receipt whereof he
       doth hereby acknowledge and thereof acquit exonerate and discharge the said Benjamin Mackall
       his Executors and Administrators by these Presents and for divers other good Causes and Considerations
       him the said Anthony Richardson thereunto moving Hath granted bargained and sold and by these
       Presents Doth grant bargain and Sell unto the said Benjamin Mackall his Heirs and Assigns
       all that Tract of Land called Providence containing two hundred and fifty acres lying in Dorchester
       County also all that Tract or Parcel of Land called the Addition containing two hundred and twenty
       nine Acres lying in Talbot County also all that Tract or Parcel of Land called Mount Hope
       containing fifty Acres lying in Talbot County aforesaid also all that Tract or Parcel of Land
       called Wargan's Reserve containing three hundred Acres lying in Talbot County aforesaid also
       one Water Mill known by the Name of Pitts's Mill lying in Talbot County aforesaid To have
       and to hold the said Tracts or Parcels of Land and the said Mill with their and every of their
       Appurtenances unto the said Benjamin Mackall his Heirs and assigns To the Intent and Purpose
       Nevertheless that the said Benjamin Mackall may be perfect Tenant of the Freehold and
       Inheritance of all and Singular the aforesaid Premisses with the Appurtenances against whom
       one or more Common Recovery or Recoveries of the said Lands and Mill with their Appurtenances may
       be had and Suffered and Perfected as of the next Provincial Court ensuing the Date of these Presents
