       otherwise by the aforesaid Andrew House his Heirs Executors and Administrators the said
       George House his Heirs Executors and Administrators the said John Valentine House his
       Heirs Executors and Administrators and the said William House his ^Heirs^ Executors and
       Administrators will and sufficiently save and Defend keepd harmless & endemnified
       of from and against all Manner of former and other Gifts grants Mortgages
       Jointures Dowers Title of Dower Uses Trusts recognizances Judgments Executions
       annuities arrears of Rents forfeitures reentries causes and causes of Forfeiture
       and reentry and of from and against all and singular other Estates Titles
       Troubles Charges and incumbrances whatsoever had made done committed Occasioned
       or sufferd or to be had made done or occasion'd or sufferd by the said Andrew House
       his Heirs or Assigns the said George House his Heirs or Assigns the said John
       Valentine House his Heirs or Assigns the said William House his Heirs or
       Assigns or other person or persons lawfully Claiming or to Claim from by or under or in
       Trust for them or any of them or from by or under them or any of their Act or Acts means
       Assent Consent or procurement and the said Andrew House George House John
       Valentine House and William House doth further Covenant and Agree to and with the
       said David Ross his Heirs and Assigns that the said Andrew House George House
       John Valentine House and William House and each of them and their and each of their
       Heirs shall and will at all times hereafter at the reasonable request and the
       proper Cost and Charges in the Law of him the said David Ross his Heirs and
       Assigns or any of them make do suffer acknowledge and Levy and Execute or
       Cause to be made done sufferd acknowledgd levied and Executed all & every such
       further and other Lawfull and reasonable Act and Acts thing and things devices
       conveyances and Assurances in the Law whatsoever for the further better and
       more perfect and Absolute granting conveying and Assuring of the said
       Premises hereby or mentioned or intended to be granted unto the said David
       Ross his Heirs and Assigns or any of them or any of their Council Learned in the
       Law shall be reasonably advised or devised and required so as such further
       Assurance contain in them no further or other Warrantee or Covenant than
       against the Person or Persons his or their Heirs who shall make the same In
       Witness               the Parties to these Presents have hereunto set their Hands and
       Affixd their seals the Day and Year first Written
