           This Indenture made this Second day of April in the Year of our Lord one Thousand
       seven hundred and seventy Between Andrew House and George House & John Valentine
       House and William House of Frederick County in the Province of Maryland sons & Heirs of
       John House formerly of the said County of the one part & David Ross of Prince Georges County in
       the Province aforesaid Merchant of the other part Witnesseth that the said Andrew House
       George House and John Valentine House and William House in consideration of the Sum of
       Twenty Pounds Current Money of Maryland to each of them in hand paid by the said David
       Ross at or before the Ensealing and delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof the said
       Andrew House George House John Valentine House and William House and each and every
       of them doth hereby acknowledge hath granted ^Bargained^ sold Aliend enfeoffd and Confirm'd and
       do by these Presents grant bargain Sell Alien enfeoff and confirm unto the said David
       Ross his Heirs and Assigns for ever all that Tract or parcel of Land being part of a
       Tract or parcel of Land called Anteetum bottom leying and being in Frederick County in
       the Province aforesaid whereon the said Andrew House now liveth containing forty Acres
       of Land more or Less being the four undivided part of the said Land willd unto the said
       Andrew House George House John Valentine House and William House by their Father
       John House which may more fully appear by his the said John House's Will together
       with all the Houses Edifices buildings improvements Orchards Woods Underwoods
       Timber ways waters and water Courses profits Commodities Hereditaments Advantages
       and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Tract or parcel of Land belonging or
       deem'd to belong or in any wise Appertaining or deemed to appertain & the reversion
       and Reversions remainder and remainders rents Issues and Profits thereof & all
       the Estate right Title and Interest use Trust property and Possession claim & Demand
       whatsoever of them the said Andrew House George House John Valentine House and
       William House of in and to the same with all and every of their Rights Members
       and Appurtenances To have and to hold their's and every of the said Andrew
       House's George House's John Valentine House's and William House's right of the said
       Tract or parcel of Land and Premises with all and every of their Rights Members and
       Appurtenances unto him the said David Ross his Heirs and Assigns to the only
       proper use and behoof of him the said David Ross his Heirs and Assigns and the
       said Andrew House George House John Valentine House and William House doth
       Covenant and Agree to and with the said David Ross his Heirs and Assigns
       that they the said Andrew House George House John Valentine House and William
       House and each of them their's and each of their Heirs Executors & Administrators
       the said Lands and Premises unto him the said David Ross his Heirs & Assigns
       against them the said Andrew House his Heirs George House his Heirs the said
       John Valentine House his Heirs and against the said William House his Heirs
       and against all and every person and persons whatever claiming or who may or
       shall at any time hereafter claim the same or any part or parcel of the said Land
       from by or under them the said Andrew House the said George House the said
       John Valentine House and the said William House shall and will forever hereafter
       well and truly Warrant and Defend and further that it shall and may be
       Lawfull to and for the said David Ross his Heirs and Assigns from time to time
       and at all Times hereafter peaceably to enter into have hold Occupy and Possess
       Enjoy the said Premises hereby mentioned or intended to be hereby granted and
       of every part thereof to and for his proper use and Benifit in manner
       aforesaid fully and clearly acquited Exonerated and Discharged or
