       to be had of the Premisses or any Part thereof shall be and enure and the said Recoveror or Recoverors
       in such common Recoveries his and their Heirs shall stand and be seised of all and
       singular the Lands Tenements and Hereditaments in such Recovery respectively
       contained to and for the Use and Behoof of the said Samuel Tull his Heirs and Assigns
       forever and to and for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof
       the Parties have hereunto set their Hands and Affixed their Seals the Day and Year first above
       written

                On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed to wit

       16.th April 1771  Then Came Jeremiah Jacob within named before the Subscriber one of his Lordships
       Justices of the Provincial Court and acknowledged the within Instrument of writeing to be his Act and
       Deed and the land and Premisses therein specifyd to be the Right and Estate of the within named
       Samuel Tull his Heirs and Assigns according to the true intent and meaning thereof

       Know all Men by these Presents That we John Crosbie and William Crosbie partys to the forgoing
       Deed by James Kirk our Attorney by us appointed and Constituted for and in Consideration of the sum
       of five hundred pounds Sterling to us in hand paid by John Barnes and Thomas Hon Ridgate the
       Receipt whereof We hereby Acknowledge and them thereof do for ever discharge Have bargained sold
       assigned Aliened and Transferred and by these Presents do bargain sell assign alien and Transfer
       unto the said John Barnes and Thomas Hon Ridgate and their Heirs and Assigns All the Lands
       and Premisses Bargained Sold and Conveyed or Mentioned so to be by the forgoing Deed Indented by
       Robert Horner the one Party to us the other Party thereto Together with all our Right Title ^Interest^ Claim and
       Demand thereto or in the same o any part thereof To have and to hold the same Land and Premisses
       the one Moiety thereof to the said John Barnes and his Heirs to his and their only proper use and
       behoof And the other Moiety thereof to him the said Thomas Hon Ridgate and his Heirs and
       Assigns to his and their only proper Use and Behoof And we hereby Assign Transfer and make
       over to the said John Barnes and Thomas Hon Ridgate and their Executors Administrators and
       Assigns the Sums of Money principal Interest and other Sums due and to become due by
       the said Robert Horner to us by Virtue of the said Deed or Mortgage preceeding these
       presents Together with the said Deed itself And all our  Right Title Interest Claim and
       Demand therein or by means thereof any manner of way in as full and ample Manner as
       as we or either of us can or could or ought to have Claim or Demand and we hereby Covenant to
       Warrant and Defend the same Land and Premisses against all persons whatsoever   In Witness
       whereof we have hereunto Set our Hands & Seals respectively this Eleventh Day of January
       Seventeen hundred & Seventy one                                                         John Crosbie
