       their Attornies thereto lawfully Authorized and enter into warranty and Vouch over to warranty
       the Common Vouchee of the same Court who shall also appear and after Imparlance
       make Default so as Judgment shall and may be thereupon had and given for the said
       William Cooke to recover the same Land Messuages Tenements Hereditaments and Premisses
       with the Appurtenances against the said Joseph Ensor and for him the said Joseph Ensor
       to recover over in value against the said Hannah Green, Thomas Cole Speagle and Rachel
       his wife Barney Binox and Ann his wife George Childs and Hannah his wife James
       Madewell and Temperance his wife, Walter James and Mary his wife, and for the said Hannah
       Green Thomas Cole Speagle and Rachel his wife Barney Binox and Ann his wife George
       Childs and Hannah his wife, James Madewell and Temperance his wife Walter James and
       Mary his wife to recover in value against the Common Vouchee and that Execution shall and
       may be thereupon had and awarded accordingly and all and every other Act and Thing done
       and Executed needful and requisite for the Suffering and Perfecting of such Common Recovery or
       Recoveries with Vouchers as aforesaid And it is hereby declared and Agreed by and between all the
       said Parties to these Presents that from and immediately after the suffering and Perfecting of     
       the said Common Recovery or Recoveries as well these Presents as the assurance hereby
       made as also the said Recovery and Recoveries so as aforesaid or in any other manner or at any
       other Time or Times suffered or to be suffered and all and every other Conveyances and Assurances
       in the Law whatsoever heretofore had made levied suffered or executed or hereafter to be had
       made levied suffered or Executed of the said Land Messuages Tenements Hereditaments and
       Premisses or any Part thereof by or between the said Parties to these Presents or any of them shall
       be and enure and shall be adjudged deemed construed and taken and so are and where meant
       and intended to be and enure and are hereby declared and agreed by and between all the parties
       to these Presents to be and enure and the Recoveror and Recoverors in the said Recovery and
       Recoveries named or to be named and his and their Heirs shall stand and be seised of the
       same Land Messuages Tenements and Hereditaments and Premisses and of every Part
       thereof with the Appurtenances unto and for the only proper use and behoof of the said
       Joseph Ensor his Heirs and Assigns forever and to and for no other Use Intent or purpose
       whatsoever  In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto set their Hands
