       Hereditaments herein after granted and released or mentioned so to be and for limitting and assuring
       the same unto and to the Use of the said Joseph Ensor his Heirs and Assigns and in Consideration
       of the sum of ten pounds Sterling Money to the said Hannah Green Thomas Cole Speagle
       and Rachel his wife Barney Binox and Ann his wife George Childs and Hannah his wife
       James Madewell and Temperance his wife, Walter James and Mary wife In Hand
       paid by the said Joseph Ensor at or before the ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the
       Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged they the said Hannah Green Thomas Cole Speagle and
       Rachel his wife Barney Binox and Ann his wife George Childs and Hannah his wife
       James Madewell and Temperance his wife Walter James and Mary his wife have granted
       bargained sold released and Confirmed and by these Presents they and each of them do
       grant bargain sell release and Confirm unto the said Joseph Ensor his Heirs and Assigns
       all that Tract or Parcel of Land called Mount Pleasant lying in Baltimore County on the
       North side of Potapsco River on the East side of Jones's falls and all and singular the
       Messuages Tenements Previledges Emoluments Advantages Hereditaments and
       Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Tract or Parcel of Land belonging or anywise
       Appertaining or accepted reputed taken or known as part Parcel or Member thereof or belong
       to the same or any Part thereof (all which said Land Messuages Tenements Hereditaments
       and Premisses are now in the Actual Possession of the said Joseph Ensor by virtue of a bargain
       and sale to him thereof made by the said Hannah Green Thomas Cole Speagle and Rachel
       his wife Barney Binox and Ann his wife George Childs and Hannah his wife James
       Madewell and Temperance his wife Walter James and Mary his wife for the Term of one
       whole year in Consideration of five shillings Sterling Money to them paid by the said
       Joseph Ensor in and by one Indenture bearing Date the Day next before the Day of the
       Date of these Presents and by Force of the Statute for transferring Uses into Possession
       made and Provided) and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents
       Issues and Profits of the said Premisses and of every Part thereof To have and to hold the
       said Land Messuages Tenements Hereditaments and all and singular other the Premisses
       with their and every of their Appurtenances unto the said Joseph Ensor his Heirs and
       Assigns to the use of the said Joseph Ensor and of his Heirs and Assigns to the Intent
       that he the said Joseph Ensor may be perfect Tenant of the Freehold of the same Land
       Messuages Tenements Hereditaments and Premisses to the End ^that^ one or more good and Perfect
       common Recovery or Recoveries may be thereof had and suffered in Manner herein after
       mentioned for which Purpose it is hereby declared by and between the said Parties to these Presents
       that it shall and may be lawful to and for the said William Cooke before the end of September Term
       next ensuing the Date of these Presents to sue forth and Prosecute out of his Lordships High
       Court of Chancery one or more writ or writs of Entry sur disseisin en le post returnable and to be returned
       before his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court at Annapolis thereby demanding by Apt
       and Convenient Names and other Descriptions the said Land Messuages Tenements Hereditaments
       and Premisses with the Appurtenances against the said Joseph Ensor to which said writ or
       writs of Entry he the said Joseph Ensor shall appear Gratis in his own proper Person or by
       his Attorney or Attorneys thereto lawfully authorized and vouch to warranty the said Hannah
       Green Thomas Cole Speagle and Rachel his wife Barney Binox and ann his wife George
       Childs and Hannah his wife James Madewell and Temperance his wife Walter James
       and Mary his wife who shall also appear gratis in their own Proper Persons or by
