153 South South West one hundred forty two Perches to a bounded Poplar on the side of a Hill near the said falls then East South East half East one hundred and twelve Perches to a bound red Oak at the Head of a Valley then North East by North two hundred and eight then North by West half west twenty eight Perches to a bounded Red Oak in a low piece of Ground by the said Run then to the first Tree containing one hundred and fifty Acres of Land more or less and all and singular the Messuages Tenements Priviledges Emoluments Advantages Hereditaments and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Tract or Parcel of Land belonging or any wise Appertaining or accepted reputed taken or known as part Parcel or Member thereof or belonging to the same or any Part thereof and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of the said Premisses and of every Part thereof To have and to hold The said Tract or Parcel of Land Messuages Tenements Hereditaments and all and singular the Premisses herein before mentioned or indended to be hereby bargained and sold and every part and parcel thereof with their and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances unto the said Joseph Ensor his Executors Administrators and Assigns from the Day next before the Date of these Presents for and during and unto the full end and Term of one whole year from thence next ensuing and fully to be compleat and ended Yielding and Paying therefore at the Expiration of the said Term one shilling Sterling Money if the same shall be lawfully demanded to the Intent and Purpose that by Virtue of these Presents and of the Statute for transferring uses into Possession the said Joseph Ensor may be in the Actual Possession of the Premisses and thereby be enabled to accept and take a Grant and Release of the Freehold Reversion and Inheritance of the same Premisses and of every Part and Parcel thereof to the said Joseph Ensor his Heirs and Assigns to the uses and upon the Trust thereof to be declared by another Indenture intended to be Dated the Day next after the Day of the Date hereof In Witness whereof the Parties first named to these Presents their Hands and Seals have set the Day and Year first above written his Witness Hannah Green (seal) George Childs ^ (seal) W.m Hayward his mark Thomas Cole Speagle X (seal) James Maydwell (seal) mark his Barney Buinox B (seal) Walter James (seal) Recorded this 16th Day of April 1771 mark 6 sides X.d This Indenture Tripartite made the Eleventh Day of APril in the Year of our Lord seventeen hundred and seventy one between Hannah Green Thomas Cole Speagle and Rachel his Wife, Barney Binox and Ann his wife George Childs and Hannah his Wife James Madewell and Temperance his Wife Walter James and Mary his wife all of Baltimore County of the first Joseph Ensor of Baltimore County Gentleman of the second Part and William Cooke of the City of Annapolis of the third part Witnesseth that for barring docking destroying and extinguishing all Estates tail and all Reversions and Remainders thereupon expectant or depending of and in the Land Messuages Tenements and (Hereditaments) |
